No smoking inside - If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
1 pet limit with a weight restriction of 30 pounds
All pets must be disclosed. There is a one time $100 pet fee per reservation. There is an automatic charge of ​$250​ ​if an undeclared pet is found in the rental. Please pick up after your pets.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.

Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup rags are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.
Guest will be required to sign the Property Managements Rental Agreement
You will be provided one gate clicker, which can be found on the dining room table. Loss of the clicker will result in a $150 fee.
