Este encantador estilo Key West casa es sólo un corto paseo de una selección de restaurantes, galerías de arte y tiendas. Catalina House se encuentra a sólo media cuadra de la parte más tranquila de la calle Duval, y mejor aún, a sólo tres cuadras de la playa (Duval y Sur Calles). Un porche cubierto ofrece una opción agradable para tomar café o un cóctel relajante noche. We had a fabulous time staying at Catherine House. It was the perfect location. The pool was refreshing, the beds were comfortable and plenty of storage! We would definitely book this place again.

Holiday Fun

Great location, great house but the furniture isn’t for lounging should you choose to do so at any time. Walkability is an easy 10. Had a blast because of that.

Uptown hideaway

We absolutely adored our stay at Catherine House! The layout was fantastic, everything we needed was provided, and the place was spotless. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and the location was ideal. Checking in and out was a breeze. We will definitely be returning!

Duvall Paradise

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the house on Catherine Street. It was located off the end of Duvall near the southernmost buoy and was very quiet - which we loved. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed, and more. Our son was able to come a couple of days and because this house was pet friendly, he brought his dog. The interior was so pretty and cozy - very island like. The dipping pool out back was great to jump in after a long hot day! We absolute enjoyed staying here and would recommend the house to anyone. The location was perfect and the space more than met our needs and was so cute!! We would definitely stay here again!! The house gets 5 stars in our book!!!

New Years on Duval

The property was exquisite and the location was perfect! Parking was not an issue and we found a place to park a golf cart on the property which was very convenient. I highly recommend renting this place if you are visiting Key West.

Amazing stay

This unit seems smaller in pictures but is a very reasonably sized 2 bdrm home. Everything appeared to be newly renovated and when we arrived there were very fragrant fresh flowers around the house. The beds are very large and comfortable, the bathrooms are very nice and the natural light and number of windows is great. The front porch and back pool area are also very accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this property and I plan to book it again.

Historical Key West Perfection

This was our first stay in Key West. We did our homework before we came. A perfect cottage just a few steps from Duval Street and two blocks from South Beach. The home is immaculate in all aspects. The rooms, kitchen, back deck and pool are wonderful. The pool was perfect following a warm day at the beach. Sitting on the front porch at night with a cocktail was a joy. Can’t say enough about the place. Would love to stay again in the future 💕😎🏝️🍹

Great house!

The house was perfect! The pool was small, but four adults fit in it perfectly and had a great time. We were in walking distance to all things include duval street. We were on the quieter part of duval, and it was perfect!

Fantastic everything!

In addition to the location, this house had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor shower were perfect for retreating during the heat of the day. Highly recommend.

First time Key West Trip

My husband and I took my son and his fiancée to Key West and stayed at the Catherine house. It is a wonderful house. It is very conveniently located a half a block from Duval Street. We only had a little issue with the air-conditioning the first night we checked in. One of the wall mounted units was frozen up. We just turned it off for a while and it worked the rest of the week. We did report it and they sent someone out- great management company with good communication and after hours phone line they answered quickly. They offered to bring us fans right then late on a Sunday night but since the units in bedrooms worked we declined. Ac was working in morning but appreciated they would have come out right away to keep us happy. The house is well stocked. The kitchen is very well equipped. The refrigerator is a smaller size but worked fine for 4. The plunge pool was very nice, but it was too warm while we were there to really get that refreshing dip. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to family and friends. The washer and dryer were out by the pool in a closet so that was a little different but doable. The furniture is cute. There are a couple of rattan chairs, and a wooden sofa. It was hot while we were there, so in the middle of the day we would spend some time watching TV or cooling off, and the furniture just was not comfortable to sit for long periods. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us. The Pierces

50th Anniversary

The cottage was perfect for us. It was clean, it had every amenity, it was close to Duval and the location was relatively quiet. We would definitelyu stay again. On the down side-when we arrived the pool pump was screaming loud. It was late so we called the emergency number and within a very short time a maintenance person arrived to turn off the pump. We were told that the bearings likely had gone bad and another pump would need to be replaced. That was Tuesday night. On Thursday I called the office to inquire when the pool woul be fixed and was told that it already had. I said the pump was not running and was told that it was on a timer. On Saturday I called back and said the pump was definitely not running and was told that the pump did not fit and another was. Ring ordered. I complained that because it was not running that there were all kinds of insects and bid poop floating in the pool that the skimmer would normally address. Soon another maintenance person came and manually skimmed the pool. On Monday, a new pump was finally installed so we ended up with 1 day out of 7 with a working pool. Final issue was Tuesday morning a 9:00 a contractor started roping off the roof! Unbelievable noise. When I went out and asked what was going on he was shocked to see renters. He jwas nice enough to sto work until we checked out at 10:00

Perfect cottage and location

We enjoyed our stay at Caroline House - the cottage was spacious, very nicely renovated/furnished, and had all the amenities promised. The private backyard with plunge pool and outdoor shower was a nice bonus. The location was excellent, on a quiet street but easy walking access to everything. We look forward to returning.

Cute cottage

Cute cottage and great location. Beaches were a few blocks away and you are practically on Duval street, the quiet end. The cottage was perfect for 4 adults. We had plenty of room and never felt like we were on top of each other. We will be staying here again!
