Luxury Coastal Living - Absolutely incredible 2BR/2BA oceanfront condo with sunny southeast exposure - completely remodeled and updated! You won't find better views in Daytona as you relax on the 20th floor and enjoy unobstructed ocean, coastline and river views. This fully equipped oceanfront condo is complete with updated open kitchen, solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, oceanfront living area with access to a private balcony, two oceanfront bedrooms and two fully updated bathrooms. The primary bedroom hosts an upgraded king Tempurpedic Luxadapt medium Hybrid adjustable bed, TV, ceiling fan and ensuite with large shower plus the bedroom features large windows offering beautiful panoramic ocean and river views. The guest room is equally well equipped with direct oceanfront views, king bed, ceiling fan and adjacent to full bath with shower/tub combination. The living area has a dining table with seating for four, two additional seats at breakfast bar, sofa bed and large sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony with stunning views. This unit has all the conveniences of home with a fully equipped kitchen including full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer all available for a relaxing vacation. Peck Plaza is truly a great choice for the whole family offering a variety of amenities including an oceanfront pool, large oceanfront sundeck with tennis and basketball courts and game rooms and more. The 29th floor hosts Top of Daytona Restaurant open for dinner. Great stay as usual. I don't even bother looking anywhere else in the area. Ashley and the Team make it super easy and very accommodating. She has helped me out with last min bookings and extra days because of flight changes. It's our favorite place to stay. Thanks Ashley!

Beautiful views and Beautiful inside

We enjoyed our stay very much! The rooms were very nice and both bedrooms and living room had amazing views. The only issue was the guest bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the unit. The AC worked great and the other rooms were very cool. But, there were actually two floor fans in the unit and that helped.Even with this issue, the place was terrific and Ashley was very helpful and responsive from before we arrived and throughout the week if we had any questions at all. We would definitely return!

Awesome View, Great Place!

Everything was great. Ashley Peck was awesome. We even missed our flight and were able to come back for a couple days until the next available flight. Thanks Ashley! Will definitely be back.

Great getaway!

The views from the rooms and balcony were spectacular. The condo was very comfortable and convenient location. Ashley was very helpful and made sure we knew the ins and outs of the building. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfection

We booked a weeks stay and loved everything about the condo. The rooms and view are as beautiful as pictured. It was spotlessly clean, had plenty of towels, spare blankets and fully stocked kitchen including coffeemaker and keurig . I appreciated the extra touches of night lights in every room and charging station with several different size cords. There is currently only one of the two elevators working and told may take months for parts to come. We were fortunate to never wait more than few minutes. Highly reccomend and we will be back.

Great Stay and Excellent Communication

The view is breathtaking, and we had access to everything we needed. We booked very last minute, and they worked to make sure we were taken care of even with a last minute booking. The layout made the most of the space and the kitchen is modern. It was really hassle free. We spent most days on the beach.

Great unit and management. Horrible peck plaza management

The unit itself was amazing. I was beyond happy with the accommodations and the whole check in/out process and communication with the management company. The unit had everything we needed and exceeded of our expectations. You can tell the owners and management company take pride in this unit. The place is well appointed and very neat and clean. The unit was amazing and I would love to return, but would not stay here again if under the same management and only one working elevator. The actual Peck Plaza management is absolutely horrible and made the stay very unenjoyable. There is only one elevator working. We were told this was a new issue when arriving but heard from owners that live in the building that it is not the case and it has been inoperable for years and still have no tentative date for actual repairs. There were times it took over 20 minutes to get on an elevator as you wait and pray for it to come to your floor and not be packed already. The key fob requirement to get in/out of numerous doors and locking people out at certain times is quite ridiculous as well. It seemed every day there was a new rule being made up by management that was not included in their rules on the website which was borderline harassment of guests. Seems intentional that they do this to people renting properties trying to drive out anybody that doesn’t own a unit there.

Summer Trip 2024

The condo is very nicely updated. The views are absolutely amazing! The one working elevator was down for a day which was a pain but they got it up and working quickly. The extra bedroom can get quite hot but other than that it was a great trip! Would stay again!

Amazing

We loved this property. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean and neat. We loved being able to store all our beach supplies in the garage. The balcony and rooms had an amazing beach view. We loved the kiddie pool as well. Communication with Ashley before and during our stay was great. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Amazing Condo

Ashley was so nice and gave us a tour of the amenities at the condo. The views are breathtaking and the condo was beautifully decorated. I would rate it 10 stars if I could.
