Wonderful property

We were in Daytona beach for a Lego robotics competition. My family loves the beach and this is a great property to enjoy the beach. A little ways from the boardwalk which was great for us since the beach wasn’t nearly as crowded and was a great place for my family to enjoy stay.

Perfect Condo at the Beach

Everything from check-in to check-out was great. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The condo was clean, comfortable and enough amenities to get us through our visit. We would happily rent this unit again!

Pretty, clean condo. Good furnishings. Amazing view! Our only complaint would be that the blinds do not block light. Once the sun rose, the room was bright-in both bedrooms. We love Peck Plaza. We would stay here again!

Best View of Daytona

Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We had the most enjoyable time. The view was just spectacular. This unit was nice and comfortable with plenty of towels and bed linens. The furnishings were nice and loved the granite counter tops. Our sons enjoyed walking right across the street to the ice cream shop. Hope we can come back next year. Daytona always has a nice breeze and comfortable even in record degree heat.

Our Vacation was Saved!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances due to hurricane Ian our original reservations with a different resort for Biketober Fest were canceled last minute while we were already en route from CT to FL. As you can imagine we were stressed out. Carrie came through at the last minute. Every point of contact with was as smooth as can be. Was very informative when it came to what was available and what was not at the resort and damages. Oh and let’s just say the VIEW is gorgeous. I can’t thank you enough!!

Beautiful

I loved the view!! This property was absolutely breath taking. The kitchen was perfect and stocked with dishes too. We walked right out to the beach from the facility. My one complaint was that the master bed was very hard. Even so this is a 5 star stay. Communication with the property managers was very easy and they were able to accommodate us when our plane was delayed a full day. Recommend 100%

Breathtaking views!

This condo was beautiful and the views were miraculous!! Easy access to the beach, pool tennis courts, basketball goal, hot tub and much more. The location was wonderful and close to the grocery stores, restaurants, boardwalk and we were just 45 minutes from Disney so we took a day to go to DisneyWorld. I highly recommend this condo and the owners were super sweet! Would definitely love to stay here again

WHAT A VIEW!

The spectacular view from this unit is breathtaking and well worth whatever it takes to watch it - night or day. The king-sized bed mattress is one of the most wonderful I have ever experienced away from home. The 5G wifi was incredible, and the appliances (including washer-dryer, MW, fridge with ice maker, DW) were all great. The kitchen was well stocked. The building is being gradually, beautifully updated after devastating damage due to hurricane Matthew and will eventually have (but NOT when we were there early April 2021) hot tub, heated swimming pool, tennis court or basketball court. The recently-updated smoke detectors gave us a real run for our relaxation dollar - going off every night for 3 nights at about 2AM. (We had to climb onto one of the "guest" beds to reset it.) We finally figured out this was a flaw, not a feature, and contacted the listing agent who tried unsuccessfully to get the property management to take charge of the situation, so a full day of vacation was lost waiting for someone to NOT come to troubleshoot the unit. By that evening, the "fire, fire, fire" alarm was going off every 8 minutes and had spread to the two other interconnected alarms throughout this unit. Neighbors from both sides came to find out what was going on. Listing agent Carrie was very responsive by text and able to ultimately personally contact our hero (Bill) who came and removed the offending alarm; he reported that this was not an isolated spontaneous event. Please be aware: the security in this lovely location is appropriately VERY tight; a key fob is needed to get into the building, into the elevators from the parking deck, into the bathrooms from the pool deck, into the fitness room (nice new equipment), into the bottom level parking deck from the road, out onto the patio from the lobby level - AND (of course) a proper metal key is needed for the unit. I am very grateful for that security, but with more than two people in the unit, be prepared to coordinate keys. Unfortunately, we learned that our (Sprint) cell phones have a dead zone right at the base of the property extending out to the beach, so texting someone to come down FOR US was not a reliable solution. Now loop back and read the first paragraph! The Peck Plaza's (re)growing pains will absolutely be worth it and we are grateful the owner opened up their spectacular view to others. We hope to be able to return.

Great for famiies!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo ! It was exactly as described and we had everything we could possibly need. The condo was super clean and tidy. Even had a washer and dryer. Loved the fact that the kids had their own bedroom, tv and bathroom all separate from the master bedroom. Nice pool and hot tub and a few steps to the beach. I would go again or recommend to anyone! Thanks!!

By far one of the best places we have rented in Daytona.

Up Up and away

We had a fabulous stay at the Peck Plaza. We are two adult couples with children we had plenty of sleeping room with 2 bdrms.. The room was very clean and had just about everything you could need including washer & dryer. Just steps away from the beach, we found this condo perfect for some peace and quiet. Just a small drive up the road to all Daytona Beach attractions. Nancy & Ken were wonderful to work with. Nancy went above and beyond helping us find things to do before we ever got to florida :) thanks for that Nancy.. Strongly recommend booking a room from them.

Best view in Daytona !

Rented this unit for the week and had a great vacation ! The place is very clean and comfortable. It felt like home. Located right on the beach with a really breathtaking view. It is a little ways down from all the crazy action if you want to relax but close enough the enjoy many great restaurants and tourist attractions. The condo itself has everything you need already there . We went with another couple and we each had our own bath and bedroom on seperate sides of the main living space. Perfect layout. I enjoyed my long walk on the beach each morning and the great swimming pool and hot tub . It was really the perfect getaway. We will be back next year for sure.! Thank you Ken and Nancy , we all had a great stay.! Buffalo New York

Like staying in a resort!!

When we originally booked, we wanted a direct ocean front, but our condo was the best as if faced the ocean and in the evening, we were able to enjoy the gorgeous evening intercoastal and bridge lights. We didn't realize what a gift this was--at night, you can't really see the beach, but the intercoastal is mesmerizing!! The condo is decorated tastefully and feels brand new with granite and televisions throughout and felt like a high end resort. Towels and bedding were good quality and the unit was sparkling clean! Location is central if you want to go to Disney--the lighthouse was a wonderful spot to visit, but the beach was our main attraction. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the kitchen was modern and easy to use for meals we wanted to cook! The beach is beautiful and neighbors were friendly and helpful if we had questions about local restaurants etc. The owner was a fabulous resource and extremely accommodating!! Definitely a head and shoulders above other rentals we have tried. We will go back and would highly reccommend this quality unit at a great price to anyone interested in a fun and relaxing beach retreat!!

THE HEIGHT OF OUR VACATION!

Enjoyed staying here. Great location for our two teenagers. BEST VIEW EVER! Took many photos. Loved the balcony, night time especially. The teens loved the pool. The furnishings were nice and the condo was very well equipped with all the essentials for the bath and kitchen. Will see you next year.

Vacation Condo

This unit was very nice and cozy. It was clean and had a cute beach theme to fit right in. It had all the amenities we needed. I liked having a private parking garage as well. The panoramic views were breathtaking & absolutely amazing from every room. We had wonderful views of both the inter-coastal & of the ocean. My daughter (whom is 5 yrs old) enjoyed the ocean for the very first time & loved every minute of it. She didn't want to leave & I don't blame her as it was absolute paradise. The owners were very nice and treated us just like family. I would definitely rent this unit again! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience & enjoyable vacation.

COZY AND PEACEFUL GETAWAY

I admit we were leery of leasing a condo from a website online as we had never done anything like that before. It certainly was not a mistake to stay at this unit at Peck Plaza. All of the property was very, very clean. You have your own private covered parking space in a very secure area. We felt very, very safe at this property. Peck Plaza has a very nice outdoor hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis courts and shuffleboard courts. We spent hours playing shuffleboard and enjoying all the sunshine. Upon arrival at the unit, we were greeted with a very nice placard on the door, and it just made us feel so welcomed to the unit and the area. The decor of the unit was done in a very cute beach theme. It was recently remodeled with granite counter tops and tiled floors. It was very, very clean. We had plenty of towels, beach towels and lots of kitchenware to cook our own meals. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, as well as a microwave and dishwasher. The beds in both bedrooms were very, very comfortable. There were cable TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, and the unit was equipped with high speed internet. The manager and housekeeping were all so friendly. There was no problem getting any of our questions answered and anything else that we may have needed during our stay. We took several walks on the beach, as it is right there! If you do decide to walk to the pier, it is about 3 miles one way. It's a very nice and quiet walk. You are far enough away from the hustle bustle of Daytona Beach itself. The views from this unit are out of this world! Beautiful doesn't even come close to describing them! We felt so right at home with this unit, and cannot wait to return again. The owners were very, very easy to work with, and answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this unit!!!
