Summary:
Amazing bayside efficiency perfect for your next beach vacation. 1 bedroom and 1full bath with a kitchenette close to the beach, the boardwalk, and all that Ocean City has to offer. Suitable for 4 guests with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. Dining table and chairs tucked away to allow for more space. Enjoy your morning coffee on your own balcony area. Walkable to Jolly Rogers and numerous "locals" restaurants as well as a short walk to the beach. 1 dog allowed with pet fee.

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Came for a quick weekend away with our pooch; made a last minute schedule change to get ahead of the rain forecast, and the host accommodated us without hesitation. Cute place, close to food and entertainment options…had a great time!

This property, though it sleeps 4, is really for two people. The sofa bed is not particularly comfortable and the air conditioning that is located in the bedroom doesn’t reach the front of the house. Otherwise it’s great. The location is perfect. Enough off the beach to be quiet but close enough to the boardwalk to walk there.

This Vrbo was a perfect beach stay! Easy check in, great communication from the host and a fantastic location! It was clean, tidy and had everything you could need.It was a short 10 minute walk to beach and boardwalk, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the vacation. 10/10 rental!

The hosts were great to work with. The place is super tight for a family and the sleeper sofa was way too short for my husband to comfortably fit. The apt was super hot. One ac unit in the back bedroom was not enough. Especially with a family of four in such a small space.

The condo is very close to the beach & many restaurants & attractions. It’s perfect for a couple or small family. There is a park around the corner for both kids & dogs. Everything was super neat & clean & bed sheets & towels were provided. Check-in & check-out went very smoothly. The owners kept in touch to make sure all was going well which we really appreciated. We had a great time & look forward to coming back.

Perfect small unit minutes from beach.

Super clean condo, 5 minute walk to beach, 1 block off Northern most end of boardwalk. We had a great 6 day stay. Jodi (host) was friendly and made check-in and out super easy. We will stay here yearly.5-Star.Sincerely, Andrew S.

Nice get away

This was our first big adventure with our loveable four legged friend; scooby. Upon arriving there was plenty of parking, the property was well maintained, and the location was perfect. Not too far off the main drag but back far enough that it was quite. Scooby enjoyed the park right behind this location and we appreciate that there was a small section of grass right next to the property for him to do his business at. The rental was for the most part pretty clean and well maintained however, we did notice a layer of dust on some items. The layout is nice and there is a decent amount of space, especially in the bedroom. We would certainly love to stay at this property again in the future.

We found this condo last minute. We were so thsnkful we did. This place did not disappoint. I had a few questions and was responded to quite quickly. The mgmt company answered the phone @ 7pm and talked me through the door locking mechanism. They are wonderful to speak with. All in all this place is awesome

Fantastic

Had a fantastic stay with Jolly Judlee. The room apartment was uptodate and very clean. Location was perfect, if you bring a dog the dog park is right in the backyard. Also, location was walking distance to Blu Crab restaurant and bar as well as fish tales. Both a great spots for drinks and food. All around great experience!

Nice location. Perfect spot if u have pets, dog park right around corner. Obviously on smaller side but enough room for a couple.

Convenient stay

All the space you need for a quick stay. Shower had great water pressure and stayed hot! Convenient 2.5 walk to the beach, 1 block to our fav breakfast place Touch of Mediterranean, and the best putt putt on the corner. Met lots of people at the playground next store walking their dogs.

nice location

The location was great. Walking distance to boardwalk, beach and other places. Had some issues locking the door when leaving to go out. Manager came to go over procedure. But it kept happening, had to leave unit to go out unlocked. Did not like that. Manager thought we should know how to do it. But it didn't work. Didn't like the attitude about that. sorry do not know what happened

Annual trip to OC for Memorial Day Weekemd!

What a great condo! Super clean and newly renovated! Everything was exactly as it was described - great location - first time staying on the bayside and we will definitely do it again - hopefully to this condo! Super nice spot! Highly recommend!
