Woodland Lodge at Center Hill Lake is located in a private, gated community and is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your family and friends. This semi-secluded, newly constructed home (completed in August 2023) is located just 1 mile from Center Hill Lake and Center Hill Marina, but it feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The home features a wooded view, white oak floors, 2 huge decks, a basement game room, and can accommodate up to 3 full families each with their own private bathroom.

The main floor of the home features a spacious living room with a large TV, a dining table that seats 8, kitchen island seats 4, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 enormous bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom. The primary bedroom is on the main floor and has its own private bathroom with beautiful custom walk-in shower. The two suites upstairs each have their own bathroom with walk-in custom tiled showers. One of the upstairs bedrooms has two queen size beds, and the other upstairs bedroom features two queens, and twin over full bunk bed, this bedroom is perfect for a large family of 7. The basement game room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of enjoying the lake or hiking. It features a large TV, foosball table, bar top table to play board games, two arcades (child-size Pac-Man for children and NBA Jam for adults), and sectional that pulls out into a bed to sleep two (perfect for kids or teens).

Outside, the lodge has 2 huge over-sized decks that are perfect for enjoying the beautiful wooded scenery. The top, main deck is the perfect place to relax by the gas fire pit or grill out on the gas grill and enjoy a meal outdoors on our new 8 person dining table. While the lower deck is the perfect place to play cornhole, ring toss, outdoor Jenga, or watch your friends play while sitting at our new bar table top or Adirondack chairs. The garage also features a ping pong table.

Woodland Lodge is located in a beautiful quiet, gated neighborhood that is just a short distance down the street to the neighborhood park with sand volleyball, playground, and huge open field (ball bag of sport equipment hanging in the garage for your use).

-For stays longer than 8 nights, we require our cleaner to clean/change bedding/provide fresh towels, etc. during the stay. This will be an additional cleaning fee that will be added after booking.
-Quiet hours are from 8pm to 8am
-Per HOA rules, no street parking is allowed. Must use driveway, or one stone parking spot

IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Woodland Lodge is located in the woods. Therefore, there are bugs outside. We have a pest control service that comes monthly to spray, but please take note some insects still might fly in when doors are opened. We try our best to eliminate bugs indoors.
-We do not have deck stairs to lead to the backyard grass. Therefore, we are not allowing guests on the lawn. However, there’s a beautiful huge neighborhood park nearby where there’s a large grassy area to play sports, sand volleyball, covered picnic tables, and playground.
-The driveway has a slope downwards (we are in the mountains, so the driveway isn’t flat) towards the garage. 3 CAR MAXIMUM. 2-3 cars can fit in the driveway (no boats, trailers, campers, attachments, or motor homes are allowed to park in our driveway or in front of the house on the street), while one vehicle can park parallel to the street on the stone parking spot in front of the front door. -There are two exterior cameras (front door bell and garage)

** Guest are required to send the following information to the host within 24 hours after booking:
1. Must review/sign rental agreement
2. Copy of ID
3. Names and ages of each guest (Per HOA, only occupants specified on the rental contract are allowed in the community).
