Come stay with us at Olde Tyme Cabins for an off the grid solar powered experience with a back up generator. This Yurt is fully private, nestled in the heart of the country. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. At night watch for shooting stars around the camp fire. All you have to bring is ice, food, utensils, plates. We have everything else. Come on out and relax, we are only 1/4 mile away from Maniac Mountain Haunted House (you can hear the screams). 6 miles From Buckhannon

This beautiful 20 foot tent sits on a 24x20 platform giving you a 4foot porch to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. This tent has electric hook ups and running water! WiFi is available if you don’t have cell phone service. T-Mobile has the best service. AT&T and US Cellular 80% coverage. You must bring charging cords. Furnished with a queen size mattress and queen air mattress. We offer outdoor insta heater shower. Firewood bundles are stacked inside with roasting sticks. There is a grill and propane tank on site with grilling utensils, cutting board. Plates and silverware provided. We have a mini fridge with a small freezer. You will also find a 4 cup French press and water kettle. Bug spray and hand sanitizer on site! A propane heater is available upon request for winter months.

There is plenty of space to lay down some sleeping bags for the kids! We are less than a 1/4 mile from Maniac Mountain Haunted House, so you will hear the chainsaws, gun shots, and screams during the Sept-Nov time. We have 160 acres of wilderness you can explore. Be cautious of wildlife and look for WARNING signs. We have a private shooting range in the bottom fields of the property so you may hear gun shots April- August.

For winter months Oct-April water supply will be limited. A propane buddy heater can be requested as well.
