Nestled on a quiet street, this home offers the best of coastal living with serene water views, a private dock, and all the comforts of home. Whether you're planning a romantic retreat, a family vacation, or a weekend with friends, this Bayville gem is the spot to unwind and recharge.

Listen, breathe the salty air, & enjoy! As you enter the home, the front room is a bright and cheery spot to relax and watch the passersby. This room has a sofa and futon chair/cot, a room divider, and a smart TV.

Through the corridor, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen (bay views included). There is a gas stove with range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and large stainless sink. Additionally, there's a coffee pot, blender, Cuisinart, pots, pans, lobster pot, all utensils, and even some cooking basics. Brew and mix your coffee or tea at the complimentary coffee bar.

The kitchen overlooks the Dining Room, where there is a large wooden table with 2 leaves and seating for 10. From the dining room, there are large sliding doors that lead directly out to one end of the deck.

Venture into the main room, which is equipped with a 55 inch smart TV, a modular couch, a puzzle nook, a nonfunctional fireplace, and plenty of space for an air mattress (we provide one queen air mattress). Your hosts provide games, books, and toys so, whether you're looking for a fun game night or some quiet, you'll always have something to do.

There is a full bathroom and laundry room to finish off the downstairs.

Head upstairs to find an additional 4 bedrooms and one full bathroom with a tub. The large main bedroom has a king-size bed and 55 inch smart TV. This room has a private deck that offers breathtaking bay views with the sunrise & sunset views where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a 42 inch smart TV, and also has an amazing view of the lagoon and bay.

The third bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. There is also a folding futon chair. This room sleeps 3-4 kids or 1-2 adults. Beach views from the top bunk are an added bonus! This bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV.

The fourth room is a small bedroom with a twin bed, small dresser, and TV. An added spot for one additional guest.

Upstairs sleeps 9 (5-7 adults) in beds.

Our vacation home has been well lived-in and loved so please expect some quirks. Our windows don’t all open, and though the majority do, they need extra care when operating; some tiles downstairs have cracks as Superstorm Sandy came up to our floor, etc.
