We had a family vacation where extended family would come visit us at this home. Feedback from every person visiting the property was to leave 5 stars. The Layout is perfect, especially if you have a core group staying on one floor, and those that only come down for a few days take the other floor. - We had it broken out where the older family members took the downstairs and the younger generation took the upstairs. This home is comfortable, close to the beach (7 min from door to water's edge walking), the neighborhood is quiet, and beach is clean and the water is clear and beautiful.The back yard was my favorite place to hang out, they have a nice shaded gazebo to sit under, a paver stone patio, comfortable seating, and space for dogs to roam free outside without having to keep a constant eye on them.Parking was very easy, the driveway is able to house 3 mid-sized to SUV sized cars and there is a public parking spot out front that you can grab for an extra. - There is also parking up and down the streets, the street does not require parking permits or paid parking.The boardwalk is about a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute Uber- very convenient. We had groups from the house going down to the boardwalk every day and evening. The 20 somethings in our group were very happy with the nightlift on the boardwalk as well.The hosts were very accommodating, responsive, and engaged. They made the single travel vacation I get this year excellent. We will definitely stay again
