The home has 5 bedrooms. Only the 4 bedrooms are available upstairs. One (downstairs) is locked away as storage.

Guests have access to 3 Den & Living Areas, Kitchen, Bar, 4 Bedrooms Upstairs.

The Backyard, downstairs Bedroom, Closets, and Garage are locked away as storage.

We kindly request that all visitors and additional guests, including transportation services, seek permission before entering the property. It is essential for everyone's safety that you inform your hosts about the names of all expected individuals. Only upon receiving this information can we permit their entry.

The cost per night includes accommodation for up to 5 guests. Any additional guests staying for 4 hours or more will incur a charge of $65 per guest per night. Please note that for your booking, we can only accommodate up to 2 visitors at a time staying for 4 hours or less.

We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the guest policy, which has been established to maintain compliance with the Homeowners Association (HOA) regulations. In order to ensure an uninterrupted stay for all guests and to sustain the smooth operation of our business, it is important to avoid hosting large groups of 10 or more people during your stay, as this would incur a Large Group Gathering fee of $150.

Please note that only 4 cars are permitted to be parked in the driveway, and it is important to refrain from parking cars yon the road. To uphold the peaceful atmosphere of our property located in a quiet family neighborhood, we kindly ask for your assistance in preventing any negative attention from neighbors.
