Welcome to Estudio Playa a unique and private getaway designed for relaxation and comfort. This studio boasts comfortable one bedroom apartment and a sofa bed perfect for 2 kids, with shared pool. Also has outdoor space with charcoal grill, TV and dining set up under palapa.

Our studios are designed to provide all the comforts of home. Relax with a refreshing drink by the pool, unwind in a hammock, or take a dip in the cool, inviting waters. The pool is a key feature of the property, offering a refreshing escape.

The shared common areas are, including the pool, outdoor grill, terrace, smart TV, dining area, and an outdoor restroom, Rest assured, the pool is exclusively for guests, and there’s also a mezzanine level with lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxation.

Each studio features:

A comfortable queen-size bed and sofa bed
Air conditioning for a cool, restful stay
A smart TV with WIFI internet access
A fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, toaster, blender, regular coffee maker, juice maker, and more.
A 5-gallon purified water jug with an electric pump for your convenience (you’ll need to refill it when necessary).

Casa Las Palmas is ideally located:
Just 2 blocks from Sam’s Club and Bodega Aurrera (supermarkets)
Within walking distance of numerous restaurants
Only 5 minutes from a gas station and 2 blocks from the famous El Caracol (The Big Snail).

If you're staying for 28 days or more, you’re eligible for complimentary weekly housekeeping upon request. For your convenience, there’s also a washer and dryer available downstairs, though you’ll need to bring your own detergent. (Two wash loads per week)

Safety & Security

For your safety, the property is equipped with video cameras at the entrance and pool area, as well as an alarm system for peace of mind. We look forward to hosting you and providing an unforgettable Cozumel experience!

The property is ideally located just two blocks from Sam's Club and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and more. The ocean and ferry terminal are about a mile away, a quick 10-minute drive, and the airport is just 7 minutes away.
Parking is available outside for your rental car, and if you rent scooters from outside, I highly recommend parking them inside the property for added security. If you rent my scooters, they must be parked inside.
