The home is well maintained, fully furnished, and priced to rent efficiently.
Notable features include an attached two-car garage, four generously sized upper-level bedrooms, expansive windows throughout, and a private wooded setting. Outdoor living is a highlight, with a large north-facing deck, mature landscaping, an outdoor fire pit, gas grill, and ample seating for relaxing or entertaining.

•November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds.
•May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds.
•Strip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.)
•Dispose of food and trash.
•Put all trash in the garbage bin. Trash instructions are noted in your Guest Guide Link.
•Put patio cushions back. (If applicable.)
•Washed, dried, and put away dishes.
•Turn off lights.
•Lock the door.
