Immaculate open Gulf-front Villa at prestigious Indigo Reef. This is a corner unit with incredible views, sunsets and open water from almost every room! Natural light pours through this well-kept townhome! Wind down behind the gated entrance to the quiet side of Indigo Reef and relax! Comfortable open concept main floor inclusive of a large seating area with flat screen TV, dining table, eat-in kitchen with ample counter space and storage, granite countertops, as well as a convenient half-bathroom! Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, with a great split bedroom floor plan. The Master Suite is spacious, luxurious and boasts huge Gulf views! It has a flat screen TV and open air patio! Down the hall you will enjoy the washer/dryer in unit and two additional guest bedrooms.
The first guest bedroom offers two twin beds and the second guest bedroom offers a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom conveniently across from the guest rooms.
The grounds are meticulously maintained, this is truly a resort style property! A large pool, covered parking for one vehicle, and a fitness center!

Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING! Pet Free and Smoke Free! 7 night minimum rentals! 6 people maximum!

Relaxing, peaceful stay

Clean, tidy, quiet, comfortable. Lovely water views and a great dock for fishing in our downtime. Host responsive. Would stay again.

Quaint Marathon Destination

If anything, the pictures undersell the property. I spent a week here with my family. It was very comfortable. The property is located within a gated community that is very well kept. The pool was very nice. It is located an hour away from both Key Largo and Key West. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets to provide adequate eating options. The overall layout worked well for my family with multiple porches and decks to observe the sunsets and marine activity.The owner was very responsive and we would highly recommend the property.

Pre-Christmas Vacation

This was our 3rd time staying at Indigo Reef and the 2nd time staying in this unit. It will definitely not be our last! We were greeted by a bottle of wine and some chocolates and we had everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t cook, but we had everything we needed if we had wanted to. There are plenty of dishes and silverware. Towels and soap and shampoo were in the bathrooms as well as beach towels for the pool. The week before Christmas is very quiet and laid back. We had the pool almost to ourselves. Dianne was very helpful and communicative, as usual.

Splendid

My extended family and I have stayed at Indigo Reef many times in the last 8 years and unit 6 is definitely our new favorite! It is beautiful, clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. It has incredible views out of every window and the boat slip is directly behind the lovely home. Can’t wait to go back!!

Family Vacation

My husband and I and our adult daughter stayed for a week. This was our second time staying at Indigo Reef. We love that it’s tucked away from the main road but still close to everything. There is a Walgreens within walking distance, which is helpful. We didn’t bring a boat, but we enjoy sitting on the back deck with our coffee watching people getting ready to go out fishing. It’s also a great spot to watch the sunset. Dianne is the most friendly and communicative host. She checked in every couple of days to see how we were doing and answered questions quickly. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended! We plan to stay here again in the future.

No Passport Needed

We had an amazing week! The townhouse was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with any cookery you need to fix gourmet meals. The location had fabulous water views, and, you were just steps away from water access. The owner was very attentive if we had questions, or needed recommendations, and she made an effort to be sure we were comfortable and happy with the accommodations. We rented kayaks for the week from Keys Kayaks, and had a fabulous time kayaking from the property. They deliver and pick them up. We went offshore fishing one day with Always Late Fishing Charters. I highly recommend Lucas! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home! We will definitely be back for another taste of tropical heaven on Florida shores!

Fantastic Family Christmas Trip!

we would definitely stay here again. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Great location on the corner with fabulous sunset views. Home was beautiful and well stocked. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed our sunny days lounging by the pool. Would definitely recommend staying here.
