Este hermoso condominio frente al mar está convenientemente ubicado en las hermosas playas de arena blanca del Golfo de México en Panama City Beach, Florida. No espere en los ascensores ni suba escaleras para llegar a esta unidad o salir a la playa. La unidad tiene una sala de literas separada y 2 baños completos, junto con un sofá cama para 6 personas. Siéntase seguro cuando salga del patio (con parrilla de barbacoa) al área del patio cercado y al patio de barajas. Un montón de ropa de cama, sillas de playa / sombrillas y juguetes para la arena, etc. incluidos. Desde aquí puede ir al área de la piscina cercada o salir de la cerca a la playa. Great Location

The location of this condo is the best... Quiet beaches but still close to all the things our family loves. Being on the first floor of the building is the best. So easy to come and go from the room. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the room. I understand that this is a beach condo but the floors could use a good scrubbing in-between stays.

Not what we were expecting!!!!

From the first time we opened the door and every time after it has a strong musty old smell. There was mold on the walls up around the air vents the door frame was full of mold. Says great for seniors or kids but No safety bar in showers. The furniture was very dark walls painted dark needs some TLC with decorating and cleaning. We travel a lot but this was the first time ever we have been disappointed with a place we stayed at. We didn’t contact the owner because how is she going to take care of these problems quickly. The complex was nice and clean. Beach view beautiful and close to pool.

Not so enthused with all the add ons. Ad showed one amount per night but by the time add ons were included it was about doubled. Needed more towels. I didn’t get to Sleep in master bedroom so glad it was not a comfortable bed. Other three beds were very comfortable. Pictures made it look a lot roomier. However, it was very clean and felt safe. I did love the ground floor because two of us are handicapped. Beautiful view. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful condo! Extremely nice being on ground floor!!

We absolutely loved our trip to Panama City! The condo worked out very well for our family of 4. We have 2 kids (5 & 6). The proximity to the pool and beach was AMAZING! The ground floor was so convenient. The location was amazing. It was a quieter side of Panama City with a lot of families. There were a lot of restaurants and activities close by without the traffic and wilder side of Panama City! The condo itself was comfortable. The furniture was cozy for the most part. The king bed in the master and the bunk room was perfect for us to allow the kids to have their own space. Unfortunately there was very little to no storage for clothes. The master bedroom had a closet but there wasn’t a dresser or even a chest of drawers. I have never seen a rental property with absolutely no storage for clothes! We lived out of our suitcase aside from what we brought on hangers for the closet. There was a little 4 drawer chest of drawers in the hallway which helped for the kids clothes. The kids bunk room doesn’t have air vents so it gets VERY hot with the pocket door closed. It’s cool with the door open. Also, that bunk bed is VERY difficult to get to the top. The stairs are steeper and have rugged grips which hurt when you go up and down. The condo could also use some TLC. It is definitely a rental and isn’t taken care of as well as many rentals that we’ve stayed in. The tile in the living room was cracked with a chunk missing by the sliding door, the bunk bed squeaks exceptionally bad, the master shower doesn’t drain well, the 2nd bath shower has a leak, the refrigerator pieces randomly fall off and one was broken (the shelves on the side of the doors). The kitchen appliances are very cheap and old. The pots and pans worked but were very cheap. The condo could also use a deep cleaning. The combo to the door was one of our biggest hassles! There isn’t a key to get in just the combo. The lock in finicky and doesn’t always work great. The code is TEN DIGITS LONG! It was a pain to put that in every time. We started leaving the back door unlocked and just walking around because of how inconvenient that code was! We are already looking into booking at Mariner East or West or next year. We loved this complex and can’t wait to come again!

Location

Location was absolutely perfect. We had a blast and will definitely be back. This was my fiancé and step kids first time to PCB. Only issue we had was the floors were dirty and looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Other then that we had a great time, our host responded to us in a timely manner when ever we had questions. I liked that it was a small quiet area. Thanks for having us.

Great Place

The blankets in the bunk room had a pretty bad smell to them but other than that the condo was PERFECT! I couldn't ask for a nicer, more convenient place than this! We are definitely coming back next summer! ❤

Perfect location for children/families!

This location was ideal for small children who don’t like to stay in one spot for a long time or who can’t carry much to the beach, with the pool and beach being just a few feet from our back door it was so convenient to go back and forth to the condo as much as we needed to. It was a very family friendly complex and close to lots of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this propert to anyone with children or elderly. We will be back!

GREAT spot for beach and pool

This is a great location for beach and pool. Nice upgrades in kitchen and bathrooms and living room. Newer/upgraded washer and dryer. Excellent response time from management. Kids loved it and so did we!

Wonderful place and location!

We loved our stay sooo much we did not want to leave! I found the price great for the location, amenities, cleanliness, and space of the condo! We had no issues whatsoever! I do wish that we didn't have to go out to purchase extra toilet paper, trash bags, etc. And wish we didn't have to take out the trash, do dishes, etc. I do understand from the owners perspective, but would have preferred not to have to worry about that stuff when finishing my vacation. Overall I still give this place 5 stars and would definitely return and recommend!

Relaxing

There property was steps from the pool and breach. The pool was nice and clean and the beach with it's white sand was beautiful. The condo was well maintained and the owners were very interested to fix or correct anything, if we felt there was a need.

Great Stay

We had a great and relaxing stay at this location. We loved that we could just walk right out to the pool area and straight out to the beach from the bottom floor unit. We will definitely return in the future.

Ground floor unit is great if you have kids or for the elderly. You can go in and out of your own condo without going through the lobby and up and down elevators. You could actually be cooking on your patio and you are still close enough to watch the kids.
