Beautiful house. Dresser in the girl bedroom had some drawers that didn't work. Bunk bed frame was a bit wiggly as well as the master bed frame. Other than that amenities were good and the master tub was amazing.

Great location

The house is open and spacious. It is up to date. There are many restaurants and shopping near by. It’s also easy to get to from airport. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Sanctuary - Enjoyable - Restful

Great from the start. The house is large in size and scope. Plenty of room for the six of us. Great living room area - to watch TV together or simply talk and hang out. Well Stocked Kitchen. Everything you needed is supplied. Just bring yourself and enjoy the stay. Marlon answered every question I had promptly. I would without hesitation give our stay a 10

Excellent spacious home.

Our stay in Brighton was fantastic. We had ample space to stretch out and enjoy our privacy. The familiar location made it easy to get wherever we needed in no time. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Beautiful Place

Beautiful home with all you will need for your stay. Owners were very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Nice location- close to grocery store, gas station, and Starbucks!

Had everything we needed - No complaints!

The house was just as described. Lots of space for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked. The host's instructions were clear. It was great to be allowed to park the car in the garage during our stay! The location was convenient for the things in Denver we wanted to do, but quiet enough for our kids to sleep well. There was a faint odor of pets in the house, but we didn't notice any pet hair. My son is somewhat sensitive to that, but he wasn't bothered. It's nothing I wouldn't expect for a host that is pet friendly.

Why our low rating

We checked in and everything seemed to be great. My husband noticed lipstick on a hand towel in the master bathroom. As the weekend went along. We started noticing the couch had a smell to it and the carpet in the living room had a piece of hard candy stuck to it. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned with the sofa. We tried to cook and look for pots and pans but the kitchen was in complete disarray with no order to it and dirty dishes put away along with knives and utensils . Not sure who their cleaning person is? The pantry had opened food and cereal boxes in it. So not sure if the owners stay here? Missing a iron and just felt like were given the wrong impression of this home.

Beautiful and close to DIA!

My large family group (spanning in age from 5-45) was extremely comfortable here on the last night of our CO trip. After days of exploring the state, it was such a relief to have a cozy, clean, and comfortable spot for my family to crash before heading back to the east coast. The ease of getting to the airport can't be beat, and the kids had a blast playing with the toys/game system on site. Marlon was wonderful to communicate with and made my family's last stop in CO such a success. Would absolutely recommend!

Definitely recommend!!!

Due to water damage in my home we had to move to temp housing. This was our families first VRBO experience and the hosts made everything so easy for us. Check in info was received on time and the home was as advertised. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. A great experience all around.

We both grew up in the Denver area and recently moved a little bit North to Fort Collins. We love our home in Brighton and knew we wanted to keep it and give other families the opportunity to use it!

We love everything Colorado has to offer - it's a perfect mix of the great outdoors and a bustling city, and we hope you too will enjoy everything this beautiful state has to offer!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We choose this neighborhood because we wanted a new home in a quiet, safe neighborhood that was within close proximity to Denver International Airport (we love to travel!) and Downtown Denver. Brighton was the perfect place that got us almost right in between the two.

We also love the neighborhood fitness center, and how close the house is to the grocery store and restaurants.

This home is less than 2 years old, and everything in it is brand new! We did our best to have everything you could possibly need during your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a BBQ grill out back, an office space with a Peloton bike if you are here for work, two different living spaces so the kids can watch their own shows and movies in the loft, and an alarm system so you feel at peace.
