This beautiful studio apartment is situated amongst the forest with breathtaking views of the majestic snowy peaks of Winter Park Resort. Enjoy access to some of the best skiing, snowboarding, and outdoor activities in Colorado in this peaceful mountain setting. Enjoy a chance to escape city life in this cozy and comfortable studio with a full kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The perfect winter getaway for active adventure seekers!
CHECK OUT AND CLEAN UP:
1/Please check each room and all the drawers and closet to be sure you have all your personal belongings.
2/ Lock All Windows and Doors. All lights turned off. Turn off AC.
Heat to be left on depending on the system
3/ All Trash to be put in the trash bins
4/ Please do all dishes prior to leaving.
5/ Please leave home mostly picked up.
6/ Please run a load of laundry as you leave
7/ BBQ to be cleaned after last use
8/Please make sure to replace items in the pantry if you finish a item so the next guest can enjoy as well.
9/ If furniture and decorating items are moved from original location please return so that other guests can enjoy our home the way we like it. WE WOULD PREFER ALL DECORATION TO REMAIN IN PLACE.
10/ Please make sure the Hot Tub lid is closed and secured. If anything was dropped in the hot tub please notify us immediatly.

This was the perfect place for a mountain weekend! The studio had everything we needed, it was very clean, cute, and walkable to downtown winter park which we loved. The hosts were great as well and we would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful view! Great communication with host. Enjoyed morning coffee in the hot tub, with a spectacular view every day. Kitchen well equipped. We truly had an amazing time. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

12 out of 10 if it was offered! I had the most wonderful, relaxing visit to Winter Park, CO. This beautiful studio rental was over the top perfect. Stunning views, beautifully decorated and everything I could need for a 3 night stay. The property owner reached out to make sure I had what I needed and that's excellent customer service. Check In and Check Out process very easy. Cannot wait to come back and visit!

Absolutely amazing!

This place is gorgeous and the views are amazing. The owners are super nice and checked-in to make sure we had everything we needed, it was almost like they setup the place specifically for us. Every detail of this place was thoughtfully created by the homeowners to make their guests feel welcomed. By far the best VRBO we have ever visit and highly recommend. We will definitely be back!!!!

Winter Park Mountain Stay

Studio was just as advertised. Very private in the mountains with stunning view and awesome hot tub on rooftop. Easy access.I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a nice romantic spot to stay in Winter Park. I think the only negative I would stay is that there could have been a little bit more privacy/shades for at night (specifically on the 2 doors). The Studio is attached to a personal residence and there were owners/people home in the main house. Anyone concerned about personal safety could have a problem with that. But we never felt unsafe. Other than that, the Studio is amazing! Great amenities, very clean, and again just a stunning view of the snow capped mountains. If we visit Winter Park, CO again for a romantic getaway, we will definitely look to stay here.

Modern Studio with Beautiful Views

For starters, this studio has so much character. From the kitchen to the living room to the bathroom and the patio, all the finishes are modern and elegant, and each space offers the perfect comforts to complete your stay. Our absolute favorite things about the studio included:- Natural lighting from the floor-to-ceiling windows- Patio hot tub for relaxing after a busy ski day- Large, cozy pet bed for the comfort of our little fur babies- Spacious bathroom with tub and shower option- Creative decor throughout home and thoughtful designWe were absolutely obsessed with every bit of this studio, and I am certain that this home was planned by a top realtor or interior designer. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and look forward to our next visit in Winter Park.

Thanksgiving Ski trip was amazing!

This property is absolutely beautiful and great place for 2 people to stay. We cooked all our meals there and the kitchen was perfect. The views are incredible and great location for enjoying Winter Park.

WOW!

The place looked amazing on line and surpassed our wildest expectations in person. Every aspect was true luxury from the quality of linens, the amazing view off the deck, the incredibly well-equipped kitchen. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed (and we’ve stayed in some NICE places). Owners were friendly, responsive and accommodating, including early check-in. 12 on a scale of 10!

Everything Needed for a Couple’s Trip

Location is great for a summer weekend; easy access to restaurants and activities but also allows for peace and quiet in the woods. Neighborhood is quiet and back porch is very peaceful. Unit itself is well appointed with everything you could need. Great spot!

Weekend Getaway

This studio is absolutely lovely. You can tell that lots of thought went into the details of this home. The view of sunrise in the morning is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to stay in for meals and the host is very responsive.

Best location and views right on the outskirts of Downtown Winter Park in the prestigious Leland Creek neighborhood. Enjoy amazing views of the majestic peaks and Continental Divide, and savor the alpenglow of the rising and setting sun. Enjoy the areas fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail systems for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area just down the road. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just down the street (offsite) at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Ten miles to Granby and 18 miles to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Denver International airport is only 1.5 hours drive.
