Downtown Studio - steps to restaurants, shops and beach

I’m sorry you chose to leave a review filled with inaccuracies. I gave you my cell number before you arrived so I would be available to respond to any needs because you shared that you struggled with technology and were unable to figure out how to use the VRBO app. I offered to meet you when you arrived and help you move your dog kennel into the studio. You wanted to be independent and declined. Based on our prior conversations, I was concerned, so I left the door unlocked and remained in the building until I saw you safely enter the unit. You also sent me a text message telling me you had safely arrived and were settled in. The following morning I received your text saying that a spider had constructed a web across the door in the night and that the transom window above the door was allowing too much light in and had disturbed your sleep. As the studio is located very close to the waterfront, spiders are in the vicinity. We spray, but unfortunately they occasionally still build webs by the door during the night. I arrived at the studio with window tint film and spider spray two hours after receiving your message and you were gone. When I reached out, you texted that you were already back home. As a host I will attempt to solve any problem a guest has. Unfortunately you did not allow me to solve your easily correctable concerns and for that I am sorry.
