Este encantador apartamento del siglo 18 fue completamente renovado y equipado manteniendo el carácter y el encanto de sus características originales.

Verdaderamente en el centro de 'Le Marais', la parte más céntrica, histórica y encantadora de París. A poca distancia de Notre-Dame, la magnífica Place des Vosges, el romántico río Sena y la isla de Saint Louis, el Museo Picasso, el museo del Carnaval, la Bastilla, etc. Y el Saint Germain (barrio latino) está justo al otro lado del río Sena.

2 minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Saint Paul, a 20 minutos a pie de RER Les Halles.

Está rodeado de muchos cafés de moda, restaurantes, boutiques, panaderías, pastelerías. Varios grandes supermercados y un bonito parque cerca, también.

Aunque en una zona muy animada del centro de París, el apartamento es muy tranquilo y luminoso gracias al patio, que ofrece preciosas vistas al jardín desde las ventanas de la sala de estar, el comedor y el pequeño dormitorio.

Great cozy apartment in Marais

Wonderful coy apartment in Marais, on a quiet street but close to everything you need; bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery, pharmacy, metro, bus lines and a cab stand! Charming older building with views of a nice courtyard and Parisian rooftops. Nice amount of space for three people, although the kitchen is quite small and, given the age of the building, there is not a lot of storage space. Overall, highly recommended!

Amazing location in Le Marais

We chose this property for its location in the heart of the old city of Paris, and for its parisienne charm - we were not disappointed. The hosts were wonderful, and the apartment was perfect for us, there was even a welcome basket of fruits and drinks for us. Highly recommend!

Great location

Excellent communication and check in.Phone numbers provided for any issues.Property as advertised and in an excellent location. Mattresses were good. Shower water very good with no issues with hot water. Kitchen is small and meal prep may be tight but adequate plates,utensils, etc. Provided with 2 sets of keys. Would stay again. .

spectacular location

We found the apartment very comfortable, clean and charming. The location could not be better. The host was hospitable and responsive to our questions and needs. I would certainly book this property again.

Top locatie, dichtbij metro, leuke restaurants, leuk appartement

Goed geregeld. We waren eerder dan we hadden aangegeven en er werd van alles geprobeerd om ons eerder binnen te krijgen. Erg gastvrij. Leuk Parijs appartement op een erg goede locatie. Je kunt lopend naar de Notre dame en de metro zit op de hoek.

L'appartement est très bien placé, les personnes qui nous ont accueillis étaient très sympas. Juste un petit soucis la dame ne savait pas parler français il était donc difficile de communiquer. Abritel note de fausses informations au sujet de cet appartement, il n'y a pas de parking!!!!! La propriétaire est joignable et très sympa.

Great location appartment

We loved the location of the apartment because we could walk to restaurants, public transportation, stores and attractions. The check-in process was great. We were late but they were still waiting for us in the property. Communication with property manager was very fast. The heater works really well. It was very cold outside but the condo felt so good. Definitely, we will come back. Thanks! Maria

Great location

Very quiet, located near many restaurants and buses. Small hot water tank for 4 people sharing. 2 full flights up if you’re hauling a suitcase. Nearby L’As du Fallafel restaurant had the best falafels!

Great location, good service, clean and tidy

If you like being near everything, this little place in Le Marais is an excellent choice. Good for three people, tight for four; it has an adequate kitchen. The real plus is the location within walking distance to the Seine and its sites and very near the Metro, shops, stores, restaurants.

Excellent location, comfortable and quiet with charm

The location couldn't be better and we enjoyed our brief stay. This is five star -- clean, accurately represented, extremely responsive owner, comfortable bed, and quiet location, yet the property might not be for everyone. The furnishings are shabby chic and "antique-like" pieces that aren't first with comfort but who spends a lot of time in the apartment? On the plus side, the kitchen is well-supplied, the bathroom fixtures are modernized and the bathroom is large with a window. The apartment is bright and the layout works nicely with a separate dining area right outside the kitchen. The apartment is two flights up and while many old buildings settle, the stairs are slanted and warped. and the dining room wood floor has a major slant. The building hallway could be better maintained but was passable. The apartment feels old which is part of the charm but more comfortable furniture would certainly make the place more cozy and cheery. Linens were plentiful and fresh. No issue with cleanliness. Would stay again.

Exceptional apartment in Paris

We very enjoyed our five night stay in this apartment. Check-in and out was flawless. The owner has thoughtfully furnished the apartment with ample conveniences and it is both comfortable and charming. We checked-into a spotlessly clean apartment. Great place to stay

Super location, 100 m from main shopping street, major thoroughfare, city bikes, and 200m from metro. Yet the apartment is very quiet. It is a compact space but our family of 5 with 3 teenagers had sufficient space. Kitchen is limited but this is Paris, and within 100m are at least 10 restaurants, including several on a nearby square. We would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Paris vacation

A very nice perfectly located apartment for exploring Paris. Close to Norte Dame and metro stations. Nice restaurants and local amenities nearby. The apartment is very nicely decorated and my family of 4 felt very comfortable and relaxed here. The owner communicates well and promptly which was appreciated. We will have a nice family holiday memory from our stay here.

Quaint Paris apartment

What a gorgeous apartment this is! Although the apartment and rooms were quite small, as I think is the case with most Paris apartments, it certainly did not deter us from liking it. There was plenty of space for our family of four (including 2 adult children) to comfortably spend 5 nights here. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable and the apartment very clean and tidy. The location was fabulous - close to many restaurants and easy walking distance to a the river Seine and to central Paris. Access to the Metro was only about a 5 minute walk. This would have to have to a be one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Thanks Natsumi. Your hospitality and communication was fabulous.

Lovely stay in Le Marais

This is a beautiful apartment in such a lovely area of Paris. It was well appointed so we had everything we needed, the washing machine was particularly helpful as we travelled with three young children. Natsumi was always wonderful with communication and advice.

Clean, comfortable and great location

Our family of 5 had a great stay here in early July of 2019. Great location in the middle of many dining locations, shopping and easy walking distance to the Norte Dame. The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The owner was easy to communication with and very accommodating both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Charming

This apartment is tastefully appointed and extremely well located in the middle of the Marais. It is also quiet, being in the back of the building and adequately furnished for 2-3 people. The 2nd bedroom would benefit from additional wall storage, otherwise plan on using the dining area for spill-over. The bed was a bit soft for us but didn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. The rooms are small so better for travelers not planning on hanging out in the apartment, but why would you:). It is very well priced and the owner was very responsive in replying to our request to rent.

Great location!

Our family of 5 with 3 adult children had a great time! Place was cozy for us but it was just right for our needs. The masters bedroom was spacious. The other room had a good size and comfy bed so it was perfect for 2 adults too. The living room had its own enclosure so even if the 3rd bed is setup there, it still felt like it is a junior bedroom so it was perfect. The location is excellent. Shopping and food choices were just at our doorstep. The place could be better if there are some updates done in general like with the doorknobs, but otherwise it’s all good.

This is an excellent location. just a few steps away from the Metro with easy access to restaurants, shops and stores. The property was just as in the pictures, very clean. The two rooms accommodated our family of four perfectly. My two teen boys were excited to stay here because they were having a true "Parisian" experience. The washer was a blessing. The kitchen is small but had what we needed, did not cook much anyway with all the wonderful food to try in Paris. Highly recommend this apartment.

Hello! My name is Natsumi. Made in Japan. I changed continents several times in my life! University in San Diego USA then moved to Paris, had an internet business there. Now I am back and forth between Paris and Tunisia.

I enjoy both travelling and renting apartment to travellers as I love meeting people with different back ground and culture. I hope I will be the one to do the check in for you.. But if I'm not in Paris, it will be my assistant, Mark who will be there for you. He is very kind and helpful:)
He will be able to take care of you throughout your stay.

This charming 18th century apartment was entirely redone and equipped in 2008 keeping the character and charm of its original features ( genuine hardwood floor, antique tile floor called 'tomettes' in the kitchen, and marble diamond 'Versailles' patterned floor in the bathroom).

And it is in the greatest location to enjoy Paris!
