Escape to our 2.5 acre private residence on Lake Anna and indulge in a truly exceptional vacation experience, now featuring a Peloton exercise bike! Nestled on the shores of a private lagoon, this tranquil retreat offers a serene setting for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests. With two full kitchens and two full-sized laundry stations, our house is a wonderful place to invite extended family or multiple families of friends. Now with a Peloton! No boat? No problem! Boat rental companies will deliver to our house!

Bedrooms: Featuring 6 spacious bedrooms, our residence boasts ample sleeping arrangements for your group. Five of the bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there's a charming bunk room on the lower level that can accommodate 10 guests (6 twins and 2 full size beds), making it perfect for children or a group of friends. With tasteful decor and a cozy ambiance, our bedrooms provide a haven of comfort and relaxation.

Bathrooms: We take pride in providing convenience and privacy to our guests, which is why our residence features 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The three bedrooms on the main level all feature private, en suite bathrooms, with a jacuzzi jet bath tub and separate walk-in shower in the primary bathroom. Two of the lower level bedrooms share a full bath, and the bunk room adjoins an oversized bathroom that includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Outdoor Amenities: Step outside and prepare to be captivated by the natural beauty and water views that surrounds you. The private lagoon is the centerpiece of our property, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation and recreation. Lounge on the lagoon boathouse deck, basking in the sun's warmth or take a refreshing dip in the protected waters. Younger children will delight in the playground, the lakeside sandbox, and the thrilling slide that plunges into the lagoon. Watch as they create lasting memories while you unwind and soak up the tranquility.

Additionally, our covered boat house is stocked with 4 children's kayaks, 7 paddleboards, and a limited number of life jackets. Feel free to explore the water at your leisure, discovering the wonders of the lagoon and the lake. Comfortable patio seating in the boat house allows you to relax and observe the excitement happening in the lagoon, creating unforgettable memories as you witness the joy and laughter of those enjoying the water. We love preparing dinner on the grill and sitting on the deck of our house watching our own kids enjoy paddling the kayaks safely within the lagoon.

For those seeking even more outdoor entertainment, we have an array of lawn games available. Challenge your family and friends to a friendly match of horseshoes or cornhole on the expansive lawn. We also have Can Jam, existing poles on the lawn and net (kept in the garage) for volleyball or badminton, mini soccer goals for a fun game of soccer, and several other options to keep everyone delighted. When the sun goes down, grab some chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers and enjoy s’mores at the fire pit. With plenty of space to run, laugh, and play, our property offers endless opportunities for fun and connection.

Indoor Amenities: Our residence boasts not one, but two fully equipped kitchens, one on each level. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer simple home-cooked meals, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious dishes. (One of our renters provided a recommendation for a local personal chef who cooked for their full stay!) Both levels also feature laundry facilities, allowing you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. Additionally, there’s a gas fireplace on the main level should you need more warmth on a cool evening.

Feel like taking a break from the sun? On the lower level, enjoy some friendly competition at the foosball table or saddle up to the arcade for some nostalgic rounds of Ms. PacMan, Galaga, Asteroids, and more! On the main level, there are a variety of board and card games to keep everyone smiling.

Surrounding Area: Lake Anna is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and offers a plethora of recreational activities. Spend your days fishing, boating, or kayaking on the pristine lake waters. Explore the nearby hiking trails, immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings. For more excitement, head to the local marinas where you can rent jet skis, paddleboards, or pontoon boats. (A lot of boat rental companies will deliver, and you can use our boat ramp for ease of entry!)

Summer rentals are WEEKLY, Friday to Friday. Less traffic than on weekends.
Non-summer rentals are 3-night minimum.

Washington DC area: 90 minutes
Richmond, Charlottesville: 45 - 60 minutes.

REQUIRED: We require a copy of primary renter's Driver's License, as well as names and ages of all guests in your travel group staying overnight.

NOTE: Since taking recent ownership, we have made some slight modifications to furnishings to better accommodate our guests (so photos may vary). We would be grateful for feedback and reviews so we can enhance your stay and truly make it a wonderful experience.
