Explore the lake with the provided kayaks, or relax at home with a fully furnished outdoor space featuring a spacious patio and expansive balcony complete with a gas grill, firepit, and yard games for family-friendly entertainment!



Highlighted by a wall of windows overlooking the lake, the great room showcases a lofty, open layout for comfortable indoor gatherings with friends and family. Happy hour fun awaits in the lower level game room equipped with a ping pong table and second kitchen. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV in the great room.



The gourmet island kitchen features gorgeous counters and a deluxe suite of stainless steel appliances.



Enjoy lake views from several bedrooms. The main-floor primary suite includes direct balcony access. The primary bedroom features a private en suite with a deep soaking tub, a shower with dual shower heads, and a walk-in closet.

You have full access to our entire house, our property, and boat house. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!

**Additional Information:**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- The backyard is not accessible to people with limited mobility.

- 12 Adults Maximum (16 Max Guests)

- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked.

During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

$ per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

$3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
