Executive stunning 'mid-century retreat in Statesboro! Conveniently located to GSU, shops, and restaurants in downtown area and the Blue Mile! With over 4000 square feet this home is perfect for accommodating family gatherings and corporate groups alike. There is space for 10-12 guests on our beautifully landscaped 1.2 acre lot. Utilize our backyard gas grill and outdoor games, take the bikes out or choose to play some of our board games inside - the options are endless!



The Space:

The perfect way to explore Statesboro with your group when you stay at this luxurious residential home that offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms.



All bedrooms are located on the second level of the home and each features a smart tv.

The queen sleeper sofa is located in the downstairs den. We also have a queen EZ Bed inflatable mattress available for guest use in the home.



Private airport departure transportation is available for an additional charge. Transportation is for Savannah/Hilton Head airport only. Scheduling depends on availability and has to be confirmed in advance.



The home has been completely renovated and newly decorated with a fabulous gourmet kitchen with Smeg Italian appliances, a coffee-bar, and a separate bar area. It offers private tranquil outdoor space and is perfect foe entertaining or enjoying a relaxing evening!



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home.

This is a quiet neighborhood in Statesboro. We ask that you please be kind and courteous to our neighbors - be mindful of noise and take care of our home.



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle to navigate around Statesboro. Uber and Lyft are available options as well.



Other Things to Note:

There is ample parking available at the home for guests or gatherings - please do not park in the grass.

No pets.

No smoking.

No unauthorized parties or events.

We do have security cameras on the exterior of the house.
