Belmar/Lake Como borough NJ Beach house, Entire 1 bedroom home with backyard, 5 blocks away from ocean, 1 block to the lake.. minutes drive to Asbury Park.
If you didn't know, the jersey shore is packed with fun and good vibes. People are here to have a good time, can be loud, and are very friendly.

Amazing time ! Clean, fresh & refreshing !! Maggie (our dog 17 month )enjoyed the time going to the ocean & love playing with other dogs. We had an amazing time. The stores and places are really close. No stress, just enjoy life. Sue was awesome. Thank You !! We will be back !!

All you could ever want in a beach bungalow

We stayed for Fourth of July weekend and it was wonderful. The house was spotless, easy to enter/lock and everything you could have ever needed in a vacation rental was provided. The surrounding neighborhood was alive with fun festivities and it was an easy walk to the beach. We walked everywhere. The house was dog friendly, there is a fenced in yard and bowls provided. My dog loved the dog beach in the early morning hours. Contact with the host was excellent!

Bungalow is small with perfect layout. Everything you need is there. Perfect for friends to visit. Had a wonderful time visiting with family and friends.

My son's wedding

I booked this locstion as a place to stay while in town for my son's wedding. My partner and were plenty comfortable. The dog loved it too. They and I walked to the beach and/or walked around Lake Como daily. Oustanding weather made for a fabulous trip. for.

Great place to stay

Our host was accommodating and very helpful. Her bungalow was warm and inviting and had many amenities to make our stay there comfortable.i would recommend anyone looking to stay at the Jersey Shore to book her bungalow.

Everything needed for a weekend at the beach

Sue’s place had all the basic necessities for a weekend getaway at the beach. Apartment was modern, very clean, to include towels and linens, and nicely presented. Location was great- walking distance to the beach and go downtown Main Street for easy access to restaurants and night life.

Great little Bungalow

Accurate description of place. Clean, cozy and had a nice backyard area. Central location to the area’s attractions for walking. Owner promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely rent this property again.

Nice place. small..

overall I think it was a ok place for a night or 2 ...its pet friendly so you have to be ok with that... me personally I wouldn't rent this again as I ir a dog smell... but that's my mistake...

Loved it

Loved the property. Was in a great location in Belmar. Bungalow was clean and space was well utilized. The livin room felt bigger than it was. Air conditionar kept bungalow cool. We also enjoyed the small outdoor area in the back of the bungalow. Only complaint was walls being a little thin which led us to hearing loud neighbors coming back from the bar at night. Otherwise, noise wasn't an issues.

Adorable get away bungalow

I stayed here for the weekend with my husband and daughter along with our dog! It was great to have a spot that allowed animals. 10-15 minute walk from the beach, short drive to other local attractions. I would definitely come back!

A Charming little beach getaway!

The property was set up in a way that it felt much larger than its size. The entire place feel very welcoming and was very easy to access. The yard is large and fenced in so we felt very comfortable being outside with the dogs off leash. The temperatures were a bit chilly during our stay and the electric heater worked fantastic keeping the place comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend.

Great Location

Cozy and clean. Shower needs updating as you have to put your soap, etc on the floor of the shower. I'm glad I stayed during cooler weather. The bedroom does have a floor fan but no A/C. The living room and kitchen has a window a/c unit so that area stays nice and cool. The backyard is perfect if you are bringing your dog. Great restaurant and bar very very close. Would highly recommend staying here, but in cooler weather. And bring a soapdish.

Super cute and convenient home base!

The house was exactly as described and perfect for us (a couple + dog)! There were nice little touches and amenities throughout that made us feel so welcome. Sue was very helpful and communicative, and even provided an extensive list of dog-friendly locations and activities before our stay. The location was great - walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, but far enough to be away from the crowds. Even though Joe’s is literally a stone’s throw away, there was no noise or disruption, and it was nice to have a good place for food and drinks so close. We loved the Shore Shack and would definitely stay again! Thanks Sue!!!

Lake Como is a quiet friendly neighborhood during off season, and very lively during the summer.
My home is located 5 blocks from the beach and a block from the lake. short walk to the town of Spring Lake and the dog beach

I love my place for the locaiton and friendly neighbors. There is a fun restarant bar nearby, JOe's Surf SHack. Most places are in walking distance, especially the beautiful ocean
