The Space:
**Three bedrooms on the second floor consisting of a Master Bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, a second spacious bedroom with a queen bed, and a third containing two twin beds and an additional twin with pullout trundle that turns into a king.
**In addition to the master bath, there is a half bath connected to the living room space on the ground floor and a spacious full bath with heated floors, double vanity sink and extra-large shower on the second floor.
**Living area fitted with a large comfortable L shaped couch, and 75inch TV with Netflix. Perfect for entertainment and winding down after a long day of adventure.
**Fully equipped state of the art kitchen with brand new appliances and all your essentials required for cooking and hosting your group.
**Outdoor deck accessible through sliding glass door in the dining/living area with grill and plenty of seating suitable for lounging or eating on a warm day.

**North Lodge is part of the Chimney Hill Club Association through which you’ll have access to a range of exclusive amenities including heated outdoor/indoor pools, hot tub, grills, arcade, fitness center, and basketball courts.
**The home is only a 5 min drive to the charming historic town of Wilmington which boasts a range of dining options, local boutiques, and art galleries. Just past the center you can also find a large grocery store and pharmacy for your convenience.
**The surrounding Green Mountain National Forest provides ample opportunities for hiking and exploring nature. Trails like Harriman Reservoir and Haystack Mountain offer beautiful views and refreshing outdoor experiences. The VAST network is also very close offering hundreds of miles of snowmobiling trails.
**Mount Snow just a 12min drive away is popular ski resort, offering activities like skiing and tubing during winter, and mountain biking, hiking, golfing, and scenic chairlift rides during the warmer months.

Additional Info:
**We want you to feel right at home. Guests will have access to the whole house other than the owner's closet which will be locked.
**The entry door is equipped with an electronic lock which you can use to check yourself in. You will receive a unique code for entry that will only be valid during the duration of your booking.
**Our home is tucked off the main road and the roads are paved and in good condition. During the winter, the roads are regularly plowed so getting around isn’t too difficult.
**The beds will have fresh linens and towels upon your arrival, and the home is cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom by a group of professionals after every stay.
