Clean, well-equipped, beautiful house with a perfect aesthetic connection to the lake. A large deck overlooking the lake, with a second smaller patio right above the doc under a magnificent sheltering tree. The dock had a stairway into the water for easy access to the lake for older guests. This part of the lake is noted for its clear, algae-free water with soft sand.

Beautiful, comfortable home

This home is perfect for large gatherings. There are several gathering areas both in and outside and A large lawn for family games, a fire pit by the water, plenty of beds, towels and parking! We never left the property.

Our trip was amazing! You could not beat being right on the water with our own pier. We all felt very comfortable and at home! We would definitely rent again!FYI - We were made aware that the garbage disposal was not working (which we understood), but there was food stuck in it causing an odor. We ended up cleaning it ourselves.. We wish that could have been taken care of. In addition, the odor of the water was very strong. There might be a way to combat this type of well water in the house.

Location on Lake Mary was the highlight. The dorm room for our 6 grandchildren was a hit. But the bathroom near that room was not great, and the toilet was oddly tilted. No one wanted to use the bathroom in the unfinished basement so it meant that the 12 of us were mostly using the one upstairs bathroom. Towels wrapped with shampoo tubes was a cute welcome but since there were only these towels, and none for lake usage, it meant frequent laundering of towels. Most significantly the house needs attention: stains on couches, lightbulbs out, clocks not working and a closet door that came close to crashing on our smallest grandson. The contact with the property managers was unpleasant, defensive and unprofessional.

Good place

It was a great place for a family get away. Had 3 families there. Plenty of room for kids with bunk beds. They named it the "orphanage." Right on the water. If you have a boat, good place to dock. Lake is a sandy bottom so swimming isnt gross. Good place and good communication. Only issue was the wifi which was dodgy. Could have been a crapped out router. Thumbs up otherwise.

The location is fantastic, nice lake, nice pier, sandy bottom, good fishing. The house is nice but could use a few updates, a few more cooking utensils and pots and pans for sure. The ice machine in the basement is outstanding. We would stay again. Did have one small issue with the mgt company. Called with an issue and they said they would call back that night. They did not and instead sent an email the next morning. I don't check my emails 24 hours a day...if I call you I expect a call back. If I email you then you can email back. Not a big deal but when paying a premium price the communication should be better.

Family Reunion

The house was quite nice for the size of our group and the kitchen was well equipped. The layout was a bit tricky for cooking. While the Keurig was nice, an actual coffee maker would have been better. And while yes, there are 3 full baths, having only one on the second floor with 5 bedrooms made things a bit interesting. (Didn’t look like bathroom rugs had been washed in awhile.) Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great and home was roomy.

Great home for families to enjoy the lake!

We had a lovely weekend at this property. There were 4 families, with kids ranging from 3 months to 9 years old - there was plenty of space, plenty of things to do and explore, and plenty to check out in the nearby little town. We went on a chillier weekend, but enjoyed the firepit and the big backyard to play games. Overall, a perfect spot for us!

Twin Lakes

We were a family group of 10 from 4 states. Property seemed more tired than pictures showed and some updating needed, especially new/flooring in main area, but everything worked fine and easily room for the 10 of us. It was nice that water was shallow for children to play, but lacked any kind of water toys. We rented a boat and a bench tube which was great. We had a fire in the fire pit which kids enjoyed. No major complaints of any kind. We enjoyed the location and the company.
