Start your day with coffee and sunrise views on the oceanfront deck, enjoy sunset grilling on the west-facing terrace, and stargaze from the rooftop lounge with built-in lighting and 360° panoramic views—ideal for sunbathing or evening cocktails.

The reverse living layout maximizes ocean views, placing the main living areas on the top floor. The open-concept design features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sweeping ocean vistas, and a spacious living room equipped with a 60" Samsung HD TV and Sonos sound system. Step onto the oceanfront dining deck, which seats up to 10 guests—perfect for al fresco meals and unforgettable sunrises.

Located on the lower level, all four bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed to provide a quiet retreat, with ceiling fans, premium mattresses, and deck access. This level also contains two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub), and a full laundry room.

We have weeks and weekends available from May through October. July and August we require a Saturday to Saturday seven night stay. Please email us for current availability as we advertise on multiple sites so the calendar may not be up to date.

This is strictly a "Smoke Free and Pet Free" home; no exceptions. We do NOT rent to high school students or college students. You are required to bring your own towels and sheets (we can send you information on a linen rentals).
