Comfortable and beautiful studio apartment on the 1st level with King bed and Full Sofa bed.

Equipped with WIFI,A/C, stovetop, micro, mini-refrigerator, mini-ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, Roku TV, iron, hair dryer, water heater, private bathroom(bathtub) & pool towels. Beach cooler, chairs, and umbrella.
Big pool (*Recently renovated and open!*) and beach access. Balcony overlooking the sea, ideal to connect with nature, and observe the passing of boats. Very quiet place.

You can expect a resort/villa ambiance, comfortable and clean in a place that will allow you to disconnect from your daily routines and relax and unwind.

Via Maris Villa is 15 mins from town and 11 mins from Zoni Beach and Brava Beach. And 15 minutes from one of the top beaches in the world->> Flamenco.
Guests can go snorkeling or canoeing nearby.
Costa Bonita Villas is a condominium complex and each villa is privately owned. It Does Not have a front desk reception.
Once you book, you'll receive additional information. In your check-in day you'll receive access information to the villa with a front door entrance code.
