The condo met all of our needs - perfect for two people. The host responded rapidly to our messages and was very cordial. If you aren't accustomed to roosters being your 4 AM alarm, then bring a pair of earplugs.

The back sliding door would not seal so we had a constant flow of mosquitoes. There is a mosquito zapper so that helped a little. The bathtub was constantly dripping and no bathroom lights only a small lamp. The overall ambiance was good. Ocean view limited due to being between two buildings.

It was a great weekend stay! A little away from town and Flamenco beach but distances are very short in Culebra. Got to love the roosters at 5am!!

Home was clean, checking in information was accurate. We stayed end of December and there were Mosquitos. Owner provided with spray it was helpful. Parking is on the hill. Pool looks very good but none of the other condo people were there. Roosters and cats roam around the condos. My son enjoyed petting cats. We stayed for two nights and explore the beaches of the island. so overall our stay was pleasant.

The huge swimming pool was great! We had it all to ourselves. The area was also very quiet. Not sure if we'd stay that far out of town again.

It is a very nice and and relaxing place, and a quiet place. However the entry roads are in poor conditions. The pool is excellent!!! However it lacks comunal services.

the room was ok...nothing great. the chickens crowing all during the night made it difficult to sleep and the view was indeed 'partial' view of the water. mosquitoes were a big problem. they did provide spray and bug zappers with was very helpful. they provided some things for the beach which were very nice. the snorkeling mask and the chairs were very nice. the pool was nice. the bathrooms at the pool were unusable due to no paper and bugs. it is a 'remote' location which was good and somewhat not so good. All in all it was just ok. i would not stay in this room again but i may stay in the condos again.

Enjoy the beaches, some of the best in the world

We came for the beaches. My wife was born in Hawaii and we travel the world looking for the beaches. There are now 3 beaches on my top ten list from Culebra: Flamenco, Zoni and Punta Soldado (for the coral fragments and shells). So, this was a great location to visit beaches all day long. The property I would give a B+ grade. The bathtub looks like it was refinished at some point in its life, but now that refinish is starting to peel. It didn't bother me, but there are no photos in the listing of it. There is a light outside that is on 24 hours and it attracts mosquitos. The host provided spray for them and it was necessary to spray every morning. Not a deal breaker and we would stay here again. Parking is a hassle and it is difficult to find the unit if you arrive in the dark. Once you find the unit, then you will realize where the best parking is.

This property had a mold infestation that left both me and my wife sick. In addition the ceiling was leaking from the tub of the apartment above us. The supposed amenities were all closed. The pictures did not match the actual state of the property. Do not stay here. It is completely false advertising. There are beehives all around the supposed club house, which is closed. Ridiculous. It was a complete scam. And when we contacted Expedia and Vrbo all they did was hang up on us three times. The hosts number also did not work.
