Hillside Retreat is nestled inside the beautiful, gated community of Coosawattee River Resort – offering access to many community extras. Once inside, the cozy and quaint living area welcomes you with a beautiful gas fireplace, a flatscreen smart TV, and plenty of room to relax and unwind on comfortable seating. For entertainment, enjoy a dartboard and board games for family game nights! The open kitchen and dining room allow your family and friends to enjoy each other's company while preparing meals together. Just off the kitchen is a large deck complete with a dining table, porch swing, and gas grill.

Also on the main level is a lovely king-size bedroom. The large bathroom nearby includes a large indoor garden tub, separate stand-up shower, and a double vanity. The laundry room is also located here in its own space, with a front-load washer/dryer and a steamer iron. The open loft upstairs features 2 full-size beds, and the bedroom to the right has a king-size bed. There is also a large bathroom with a shower/tub combo upstairs.

Back on the main level, the sitting area has a large TV and a sofa with a full-size sleeper sofa. The bedroom here has a king-size bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower. Ready to play? The garage has a full-size ping pong table and bar area! Just outside the game room is the spacious hot tub where you can enjoy the mountain views. And at night, gather around the firepit beneath the stars.
