Additionally, right in the neighborhood, you'll be pleased to have access to a shared pool, tennis court, volleyball court, and basketball court. At your stay, you'll have private access to a hot tub, hammock, and grill.

When you need a break from the sun, the updated interior of Brentwood Burrow boasts high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities. From the spacious living room, continue to enjoy tree-lined views from the ample windows. When extra warmth is needed, put a log on the wood-burning fireplace, and when hunger strikes, head for the full kitchen. Amongst stainless steel appliances and plentiful meal prep space - cooking is made a breeze! Dining is made just as easy at the adjacent formal dining table.

Adorned with charming wilderness-themed mementos and high-quality linens, each of the bedrooms offers private TVs and ample storage space. The HOA will deny any guest registrations that exceed this home's occupancy even if guests on the reservation are infants or toddlers. Should maximum occupancy be exceeded, you will not be granted access to the home and your reservation will be canceled.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
