The living room is equipped with a fire place and television.

- Kitchen has all new appliances, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, kitchen and baking tools and gas stove.

- Coffee coffee coffee, we supply drip coffee with grounds and  we also have a Nespresso Vertuo (Guest are responsible for bringing their own pods)

-Dining room with large table big enough to fit the entire family

- Bedrooms with fresh clean sheets, comforters, and pillows

- large deck with grill, outdoor fireplace (We do not supply fire wood guest must bring their own fire wood) and plenty of seating for all of your friends and family

- Laundry room featuring brand new washer / dryer, iron and ironing board

We are located in a beautiful community known as Pocono Farms. Here you have access to amenities including gym, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, pool, beaches, playground and lake for electric boating, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. There is even a golf course!

There is so much to do in our area just minutes from the house. We are located near all major amenities including:

Bookings will come with amenity badges. which will allow for use of the community amenities. Which include kayak and paddle board rentals. For beach access 6 guest will be for free, any additional guest will be $10 per person.

Damage Protection- $1500 of “all risk” damage protection coverage is included in your nightly rate. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required!

Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights.



Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine.
