This quiet retreat enjoys a secluded location just down the road from Lamber's Cove Beach and near a market for added convenience and fantastic attractions, including Polly Hill Arboretum, Martha's Vineyard Agricultural Society, Quansoo Preserve, Long Point Wildlife Refuge, Great Rock Bight Preserve, and so much more.

This retreat comprises two separate homes - a main home with two bedrooms and a smaller home with one bedroom. This peaceful home away from home will have you enjoying nature the moment you arrive - gentle winds blow through mature trees, and birds will greet you with their morning songs. The spacious main home's deck allows you to enjoy the outdoors while at home - it's furnished with a convenient outdoor dining area so you can revel in memorable alfresco meals and host summertime barbecues using the provided grill. An outdoor shower can also be found there, perfect for rinsing off, especially after a day at the beach.

Inside, this adorable home enjoys a bright open floor plan with exposed wood beams and plenty of natural light. Wind down in the welcoming living area, furnished with the most comfortable sofas to provide a superb relaxing spot. Prepare gourmet meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The home offers an enclosed porch with board games and seating options. Additional perks include one kayak, one canoe, and a washer/dryer.

The smaller home offers a wraparound deck with plenty of comfy seating, a nice outdoor dining area, and a gas grill. Inside, you will discover a welcoming and bright open floor plan with a cozy living room, a desk, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric grill. When it comes to entertainment, the home offers free WiFi and an assortment of fun puzzles!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
