The main level features a sunny just updated kitchen / pantry flooring and attractive wash of fresh color on the cabinets , dining area, laundry room, living room, The home has state-of-the-art audio, visual, and WiFi technology. Upstairs, there is a bonus living/TV room area perfect for relaxing and catching a sunset view with peeks of the ocean. Ample outdoor living space, beautifully lit backyard with an outdoor firepit, barbecue, and refrigerator, perfect for entertaining. Two-car garage and driveway parking available.

Great location and very well stocked house. The outdoor BBQ and firepit were awesome. We loved it. Good linens and management was very easy to work with.

Absolutely fantastic home for a weeks vacation. We have stayed at many homes on the Peninsula over the last 25 years- this is one of the finest.We have owned our personal homes in PB in the past- we understand the vacation rental market. Feels like a real home- comfortable as can be. Well furnished- everything one would need for a vacation is there. Cool kitchen- again well furnished. Clean as you would keep your own home. There is nothing negative to say! Debra is so easy going - accessible and a true pleasure to planning your visit. We can not wait to return. 5 star all the way. Thanks

Beautiful home with every room tastefully decorated while combining luxury and comfort.From the beginning, Debbie was very responsive and made the entire process as easy as could be for us. Definitely recommend!

Great location, Great family home

Our son attends Robert Louis Stevenson school about a mile away from the house. We came to Pebble Beach for 3 1/2 weeks to be closer to him. The location is fantastic, only a mile from the beach at Spanish Bay where we walked our dog daily, close to downtown Pacific Grove and also Carmel. The house was very comfortable for our family and we very much enjoyed our time there. Debra was an excellent communicator and answered any questions we had immediately.

Large home, comfortable stay

The home has a lot of space and is very orderly. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well-stocked. The neighborhood is quiet, can hear the ocean waves with open windows. Debra the property manager is responsive. Check-out tasks are very reasonable tho I did mention a few minor housekeeping issues that hopefully will be addressed for future guests.

Shipwrecked

A classy home in a beautiful, upscale, neighborhood. This spacious nest is neatly tucked in to the scenery giving one the feeling of being secluded on their own little island in the Pacific. Our sailor was far, far away for far too long. Here, he was "shipwrecked" with his parents, sister, and grandparents. Traveling to and fro we were tossed by the great storms of the sea, all easily forgotten when we landed at this oasis of heaven on earth. A special time for us sure to be etched in our hearts, forever.

Perfect Spot for Family Visit

We selected the property somewhat short notice based on the pictures and private space for both ourselves and our visiting family member and were not the least bit disappointed. The house was perfect! Plenty of space with two living areas and separation between the master and guest bedrooms. The furnishings were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. One of the draws to this particular house was the back patio. With its outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit and additional dining set we had the perfect outdoor space for lovely relaxing days and evenings. From the upstairs family room, which was very comfortable and spacious, you could catch glimpses of the ocean. The house was located close enough to all local attractions and was situated in a quiet neighborhood. My only criticism, and not on the house or property manager, is that coming through the gate into Pebble Beach was somewhat tedious. We know for a fact the property manager had alerted security to the fact we were renting and left our name/address so we could easily access. That didn't happen at the Morse Dr gate, after we had already checked in. The guard tried to charge us $12 to access our rental so we ended up circling to another gate where again no issues with access. There has to be a better way for Pebble to allow access to visitors renting property whether it be better communication within their team or a temporary pass for visitors. Despite this, would definitely rent again! Wonderful stay!

Nice house and location

Very nice size bedrooms for the whole family. Kitchen was well equipped and functional for all meals. Property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to every request. Our family will stay again if we return to the area.

Windows to the Sea

Fantastic place in a terrific location. Centrally located to everything. House was very clean, with space and nicely supplied. Superior back patio with grill and fire pit perfect for winding down in the evening. The family room upstairs is epic with west facing views of the ocean and sunsets. Can hear sea lions on occasion. Perfect for a group of 3 couples or families. Close to Spyglass, Pebble Beach, Carmel, etc. can’t wait to go back.
