Royal Mauian #201 is a renovated 2Bd/2Ba unit on the 2nd floor of an amazing complex! The unit is equipped with split system A/C throughout, full kitchen, W/D, TV, telephone, and free Wifi. The primary bedroom features split a/c, ceiling fan, King bed and a large SmartTV. The en suite bathroom provides a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom also is cooled with split A/C and a ceiling fan. The two twin beds can be converted to a king according to the guest's preference, and a large SmartTV is also included in this room. The guest bathroom features a walk in shower. The living room provides a sofa trundle bed for extra sleeping space and the room is cooled with split a/c and a ceiling fan. A large SmartTV is available so you can watch your favorite shows as you relax in the evening, or you can unwind out on the lanai. This unit features a standing-only east-facing lanai if you want to step out and catch the light morning breezes and activity in South Kihei. There are beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler provided for your outdoor adventures. Royal Mauian #201 sleeps 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

The Royal Mauian is one of the premier properties of Kihei Maui. This Maui beachfront rental is located right on the beach between Kamaole Beach Park I and II. Featuring an oceanfront pool perched right at the water's edge. The lush landscaped grounds invite you to stroll at your pace, enjoying the fresh trade winds and the scent of tropical flowers. There is a rooftop barbecue and dining area* where you can see for miles. White sandy beaches and great snorkeling are just minutes from your condo. It is also very centrally located to shops, restaurants and activities, all within walking distance from the property.
* The rooftop barbecue area requires climbing stairs; the elevator does not go to the rooftop. Due to limited seating, only registered guests are allowed on the rooftop area.

Royal Mauian Condo Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A good experience overall. The property is in the perfect location for access to the beach and nearby shops / restaurants. We had a child in a stroller with us and although there is an elevator, there were still a couple of steps in the corridor we had to haul it over each day. This was a little inconvenient but not the end of the world. The onsite office staff were very friendly and helpful. However, when we arrived it was closed and it wasn't clear how we obtained a parking pass. In the end we contacted the office via the Vrbo app and they advised just to leave a note on the dash until the office opened. The property itself is in a decent condition - we did have to call maintenance to fix the plug in the bath tub. We were also not given the correct access code to the rooftop area and it took some back / fourth before we got the correct one.

Great Beach Access

This is a great unit at the end of the building that has been recently updated. The location of the unit provides easy access to the beach north of the building. The building has plenty of seating by the ocean.

Spacious and Clean Condo

We got lucky with this one! We booked just 2 weeks prior to heading off to Maui. The condo was clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The condo and furniture was in great condition.We appreciated that all kitchen equpiment was in great shape, the fluffiness of the towels and being provided with paper goods and some cleaning supplies. The entire condo was plenty roomy enough for my adult family of 3. The only thing that would have made the stay better was to have a view of the ocean.

Family New Years Trip

The condo is well taken care of and nicely maintained. The only downer is that the room has zero lanai or ocean view. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, but I missed sitting on the lanai watching the ocean.

Amazing location!

We were thrilled with the location of the property. I agree that having an ocean view would be preferable - but the unit was conveniently located to walk to the beach or to walk to coffee or restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and was well stocked with towels and beach gear. We had some sugar ants and contacted the manager who was extremely responsive and sent someone the next day to address it. We would absolutely stay here again.

very nice condo to stay

The property is located in right front of the beach, but the room itself is not an ocean view. The owner of the property did a good job putting everything you need for your vacation stay. It has child sized life vest, noodle, beach chairs, boogie board, beach umbrella and even ice chest. The only downside was they only supplied with 5 or 6 dishwasher detergent for my 8 nights stay.

Super awesome and clean place right next to a sweet and quiet beach. Lots of food and stuff do around, rental places for all your needs etc. would highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Centrally located on the island, which is a plus if you like to explore. Very convenient to good restaurants. Property was as described and clean upon arrival. Easy access to Kamole beaches. Pool was very clean, but water was a bit on the cold side, but you have Kamole beach, so no biggie. Air Conditioning worked well for us. Simple punch code access for entry to condo is convenient. Snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella all provided, which was so great. Huge spacious Lanai on top floor with 6 grills and excellent view for sunsets. Cons: Not sure if its covered thoroughly in the description, but the view from the narrow balcony is of the street, which is good for people watching and hearing loud traffic, but not much else. The property manager should really include a picture of the balcony for clarity.I would recommend this property, if an balcony ocean view is not a priority for you. We knew this going in, and were fine with this, but others may not be. You can always go up to the top floor lanai and enjoy the view, but no shade up there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family rented 7 separate condos and we were harassed the entire stay! A condo owner ( not on the HOA board) filmed my family w a drown, yelled at us the roof top. Watched our every move! According to her everyone was on "high alert" because we had a large party. Which we rented the appropriate units to accommodate. My family is reasonable and not a bunch of partiers ( kids, parents grandparents) ..the condo Board and a few condos owners ruined our stay! It was awful!

Graduation celebration in Maui

Property is very clean, and well appointed and easily accommodated our party of 5 adults. The beds in the two bedrooms and the sofa bed were all comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed and contained everything we needed for our week long visit. The full size washer and dryer were very helpful to do laundry. There was plenty of seating. We already knew that the unit did not have an ocean view, but was very accessible to beautiful views, beaches and the pool. Family vacation, first time to Hawaii

We really enjoyed this property. The location is steps away from the beach. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The pool and rooftop area are both very nice. This unit faces the street side but it is very quiet. Communication with the host was easy and they always got back to me right away. I would definitely love smtp stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in the Royal Mauian 201. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our 2 teenage daughters shared the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I have ever seen in a rental. We used the rooftop grill area almost every night to eat dinner and see the sunset. Also saw quite a few whales from the roof or beaches. Very convenient location between Kam I and II. Saw many turtles at Kam II. Right across the street from great restaurants, shave ice, and gift stores. Loved this property and would not hesitate to stay here again. Please note there is not a functional lanai- there is a patio you can stand on which faces the street/doubles as storage for beach equipment (which was also provided by the rental company). But with the proximity to 2 beaches and rooftop garden, this was not an issue whatsoever. Also very conveniently located to stairs leading right to parking lot. Wonderful stay!

A very nice unit. Only downfall was that this unit doesn’t have an ocean view and actually looks onto the street. Great location and the bbq area on top of roof is excellent.

Perfect Family Accomodations!

My husband, myself and our 3 kids stayed in this condo and it was truly perfect. It was immaculately kept and cleaned, had literally everything we needed, and felt like it was right in the middle of Kihei. It was on the beach, but also within walking distance of everything - grocery store, restaurants, snorkel and surf rentals, etc. The beds were super comfy for all of us, and even though it was on the street side of the building, we felt like we didn’t hear much traffic. It was definitely a home away from home and we had a lovely time staying. Would gladly stay again!
