Fabulosa vista frontal al mar desde nuestro condominio recientemente remodelado!

Nada se interpone entre usted y el océano, excepto la alfombra de hierba hermosa bajo sus pies. RENOVACIÓN Completada. Ocean Front Condo pasos a las playas Kamaole I y Kamaole II. Nuestra hermosa lanai se derrama sobre el área de césped haciendo que nuestra vista sea inolvidable. No hay ascensores para navegar para llegar al mejor esnórquel en la isla.

Hemos mejorado nuestras vistas del océano con nuestras ventanas correderas recién instaladas tanto en la sala de estar como en las habitaciones principales. Esta actualización permite vistas completas y sin obstáculos de las famosas puestas de sol de Maui.

Este complejo popular y bien mantenido se encuentra entre las mejores playas del sur de Maui, Kamaole I y II, con una excepcional natación y esnórquel fuera de su puerta.

Nuestro apartamento de 2 dormitorios ha sido completamente renovado con nuevos muebles y auténtica hospitalidad hawaiana. Nuevos televisores LCD en la sala de estar (40 pulgadas; Smart TV conectado a internet) (reproductor de Blu-Ray), dormitorio principal (27 pulgadas; w / Apple TV) y dormitorio de invitados (27 pulgadas; w / Apple TV). ¡TOTAL DE TRES TV LCD!

El dormitorio principal incluye una cama king size con sábanas de algodón 100%, amplio vestidor y VISTAS COMPLETAS AL OCÉANO.

Nuestro segundo dormitorio incluye 2 camas individuales con sábanas de algodón 100%, armario con doble puerta y vista al jardín.

El lanai de la planta baja FRENTE AL MAR desemboca en una lujosa zona de césped y jardín a solo unos pasos de las playas y la piscina de agua dulce. También vistas sin obstáculos del cráter Molokini cercano y las montañas de West Maui.

La deseable unidad de planta baja es perfecta para cualquier edad y cualquier familia. El Royal Mauian es uno de los complejos de condominios más queridos en South Kihei. A poca distancia de muchas tiendas especializadas, restaurantes y vida nocturna. A minutos de las tiendas y restaurantes de WAILEA.

We had a wonderful stay at Gretchen’s waterfront condo in Kihei. The location is amazing. It is directly next to Kamaole I which made beach time simple and stress free with our kids. We loved being able to walk straight from the patio to the beach and the pool without crossing any streets. The Natural Grocery, ABC store, and great takeout restaurants across the street made meals and snacks easy.We were initially a little worried about the lack of AC, but with the ceiling fans, extra portable fans, and the windows open to the ocean breeze, the condo stayed very comfortable for us in early December.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen essentials. The sunset views from the deck were gorgeous and became one of our favorite parts of each day. The layout worked perfectly for our family and the parking was close which made loading and unloading the car easy.We already plan to stay here again. It is our new favorite place to stay in Kihei.

We loved staying in a ground floor unit. It made the space feel larger and was easier to “refresh” a drink and watch the sunset. The lack of air conditioning was more than we bargained for however. We shared the condo with another couple, and we used the smaller bedroom and second bathroom. Super awkward as the doors are louvre, and open directly into the living area. Not at all sound proof, so it didn’t have a sense of privacy. There weren’t beach chairs or a cooler, so we had to purchase and leave those. Cost was the same as to rent them. Next time we’ll look for another unit with AC and different set up.

Well, the unit was nice but no A/C turned out to be a big problem…90 degrees every day and the wind stops at sunset. Ceiling fans rotate about 2 mph so they provide little help. Had to sleep with screen doors open in a neighborhood that had some seedy elements. One night there was a large police presence and a guy screaming on the sidewalk having some drug or psychiatric episode. Homeless sometimes camping next to north side of the property., as well.We asked that the dead bolt be fixed on our sliding glass door…never happened. Although, They did replace a broken coffee grinder promptly (go figure). The unit has a very nice view and the area has nice restaurants, stores ,etc within walking distance. Glad we used it more as a base camp than a resort. Wailea it is not.Also, saw many turtles off the rocky shoreline and the roof top view was spectacular.

We had another great stay at this ground level unit in Kihei. The interior is beautiful with a great layout and easy access to the pool and ocean. The location can't be beat! Mahalo.

Very nice condo, and right at the pool, but still enough privacy on the lanai. Easy access to 2 nice beaches. Good location. Sufficient parking. We only missed some beach supplies as some condo's provides like a cooler, beach chairs, mats, beach umbrella, and others. Some do even provide a boogie board. In fact we left our boogie board and mats for other to enjoy.

We enjoyed our time at your condominium. I believe that the units on the first floor are the best due to easy access to the pool and two beaches in both directions. Great location. Our host and her cleaning person did a great job of getting the unit ready for our stay. I would highly suggest booking this for your vacation.

A Stay to Remember

We’ve stayed on Maui multiple times and specifically Kihei, but this is the best we’ve ever experienced. The view, the lovely ocean breeze, but there is a vibe that cannot be described with words. Something that we couldn’t quite put our finger on, it felt like a home away from home. We found “our place” on Maui. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Unit at a Fantastic Location

The finishings of this condo are really a step above what you’d expect at this price point. Also the location is phenomenal with beautiful beaches flanking both sides of the property and plenty of food within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The property itself is a great choice, but ai am glad we selected this unit. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels and space. Kitchen has all the amenities. The pool is a few steps, which was convenient. I would return anytime before summer.I would have loved beach chairs/ice chest. We had to rent them. We also had to buy trash bags and dish soap. Not a big deal but most of our stays had a replacement for a few days. Lastly, it was hot without any air conditioning. We slept with side doors open and fans on. The location is amazing and again, in cooler weather I'd stay again!

Mother Daughter Maui Bonding

My 29 year old daughter and I (age 67) enjoyed five days of beaching, ATVing, swimming, walking, sunning, and bonding, with this condo as our base of operations. Gretchen’s place is well kept, conveniently located, and stocked with all amenities needed for a perfect stay.

Wonderful location, condo, and care

We love "our Maui home". We are so grateful to the owners as they are excellent in taking care of our every need. We had a couple tiny hickups and IMMEDIATELY the owners and on island property manager did everything possible to rectify the situation. We love the unit and the location is fantastic. Beautiful location hearing ocean waves at night

Love this 1st floor location where you can walk out onto your patio with sight and sounds of ocean. Have your coffee and enjoy the view. Only a minute walk to beach. And walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Owner ensured we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can go across the street to rent chairs and boogie boards at Auntie Snorkel and get coffee and breakfast sandwich or açaí bowl at Beach Street. Only downside was no playing ball or frisbee in grassy area in front of condo was not ideal for our teenagers who wanted to pepper the volleyball in the evening. Although there is a park nearby, it has no lights. Otherwise it was a great stay.

3rd visit to unit 115

This was our 3rd trip back to this beautiful condo since 2021 and we are pleased with how well it’s been taken care of despite being a short term rental. The owners do a wonderful job taking care of the place and making it feel loved. This unit is beautiful inside with an island style feel. The views are so breathtaking and with the easy access to the beach and grocery store across the street you can enjoy yourself for days without leaving the area. The owner does a good job stating that the unit has no air conditioning. If you decide to go in the heat of the summer make sure you're okay with the heat and humidity. It can be very hot sleeping at night in the summer, even with fans.

Maui Gem

My husband and I just returned from a two week vacation in Maui. We were lucky enough to spend that time in Unit #115 at the Royal Mauian! It was beyond our expectations. The condo had been recently renovated and was beautifully designed and decorated. The photos do not begin to do it justice. Not only did it feel like a home away from home, but it was centrally located in Kihei. We watched the sunset each evening and the view from the lanai was spectacular. We enjoyed every moment of our stay there and fully intend to visit again! Thank you Gretchen and family!

Great stay in Kihei!

Love the location, between Kamole I and Kamaole II beaches. Great snorkeling for beginners, conveniently across the street from shops and eats and rentals, perfect for morning walks and sunsets on the lanai. The best!

Graduation celebration

We had a fantastic stay celebrating our oldest son’s accomplishment of graduating High School. We soaked up the sun, played in the ocean, ate lots of great food, and most importantly made great memories with our family. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. The trade winds kept us cool and kept us refreshed for the next adventure. We definitely will stay again! Mahalo!🌺🌴❤️

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We are at the best beaches in Maui. Kama'ole Park is divided into three distinct beach areas. Kama'ole I has the largest and loveliest beach of the three with fine white sand and great swimming conditions. There's even a grassy area at the south end for picnics and playing. Kama'ole II is located a little further south and the beach is a little smaller but has also has good swimming. Kama'ole III is very popular with the locals. The waves here are more consistent making it a great place for boogie boarding and paddle boards. The sandy beach is small but it has a large grassy area, perfect for kite flying, picnics, and relaxing.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

World class shopping is minutes away at The Shops at Wailea. There is a wide selection of shops and restaurants available. Tommy Bahamas is a favorite place to hang out with local music nightly. Ask for the lunch menu for dinner time – the Steak salad is a must.

You will also enjoy golfing; the Maui Ocean is seen from most holes on the courses in Wailea.

Enjoy long walks along the beach and pathways connecting each beach - we actually walk from Royal Mauian to the Grand Wailea and back in just over one hour.

Enjoy paddle boarding - if you have not yet tried this you MUST.

Snorkeling/Scuba boats and tours launch 1/2 mile away with 2
trips daily to Molokini Underwater Crater, but you may also rent equipment
across the street and encounter wide varieties of sea-life near the volcanic
granite seawall a few steps from our door.

Yoga is 2 times a week at the lawn next door. Check with the front desk for a schedule.
