LOCATION:

Caleton 24 is located at the exclusive Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana, the Dominican Republic.

Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.

Since the resort’s opening in 1974 as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities from all over the world. Known as the best golf resort, the 3 Pete Dye golf courses include Teeth of the Dog, which is ranked as one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean.

This incredible 7,000-acre resort, located in La Romana on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, is a tropical playground that features a unique variety of amenities and a private beach club with swimming pools at Minitas Beach. Casa de Campo is also home to many gourmet dining options, fantastic bars, and Altos de Chavón – a one-of-a-kind 16th-century replica Mediterranean village.

La Romana airport is located five minutes from the resort. Punta Cana Airport is located about a 45-minute drive from the resort and Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away.

NOTE: You’ll have two golf touring carts included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:

Caleton 24 (Brisas del Mar) is a new villa from 2023. This one-of-a-kind, 2-story oceanfront villa with a private beach is a rare gem in the Dominican Republic! The property is quite spacious and tastefully decorated with unique, custom-made furniture.

The villa welcomes you with an impressive driveway, manicured landscaping, a 2-car garage, and a private fitness room located at the main of the property entrance.

As you enter through the grand front door, the stunning Caribbean Sea greets you instantly! The grand hallway has a unique, indoor water feature (for decor only) and makes you feel as if you’re gliding effortlessly through the villa and out to the sea.

The heart of the villa is the spacious living- and dining area which has a large bar, TV, a sofa area in the middle, and 2 separate dining areas with dining tables. This space has incredible floor-to-ceiling windows which you can open completely for an indoor-outdoor living space. Step out on the terrace and pool deck and marvel at the ocean view! For safety, the pool deck has a glass fence, which still allows you to enjoy the ocean view to the fullest. Take a swim in the beautiful infinity pool with an ocean view and soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs.

The terrace also has a covered BBQ and lounge area where you can find shade and relax. A beautiful coralstone staircase takes you from the pool area to the lower level where you’ll find a separate Jacuzzi and fire pit. Go down another level and your feet will be in the sand of your private beach! Here, you can lounge on one of the beach chairs and go for a swim in the ocean. PLEASE NOTE: The ocean may at times be rough, and there may be a current, so swimming is always at your own risk. Depending on the weather, swimming at the private beach may not be advisable or possible.

The villa has 2 kitchens, which include a stunning “show kitchen” with a large island and seating for 5 people, and a fully industrial kitchen in the back. This is where the magic happens and where your private chef will create all your mouthwatering meals (food and beverages are not included)!

Enjoy movie nights in the comfortable media/TV room or catch up on your favorite sports game or the news. If you’re traveling with kids, this is also a great place for them to hang out.

THE BEDROOMS:

Caleton 24 has 12 bedrooms, including 3 primary suites with ocean views.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with a 180-degree ocean view.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs): The 2nd primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with a 180-degree ocean view.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs): The 3rd primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with a 180-degree ocean view.

Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6 (upstairs) each have 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedrooms 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 (downstairs) each have 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom. A few of the bedrooms also have an outdoor shower.

The casa de Campo resort fee is included in the rental price of the villa for all booking starting June 04, 2025 or later.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (food and beverages are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The English- and Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Bartender: The Spanish-speaking bartender will mix and serve your favorite cocktails, wine, etc. (beverages are not included)

Waiter: The Spanish-speaking waiter serves drinks and food at meals.

Housekeepers: The Spanish-speaking housekeepers will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
