This newly remodeled bright townhome is waiting to welcome you as your home away from home. Nestled in the heart of Westerville, Ohio you will enjoy the natural beauty and peaceful finishes as you unwind and relax from the day's explorations of family visits, work, or play. You are a short 20-minute drive to all Columbus has to offer and a 2-minute drive or a peaceful 12-minute walk to Otterbein University, as well as Historic Uptown Westerville, filled with local shops and restaurants.
The neighborhood is truly one of a kind. Known as the city of trees you’ll find this area to be quiet, but with everything you might need just a few minutes away. The apartment itself is nestled in an older brick building complex with lots of green space and wonderful neighbors. Uptown Westerville is a 12-minute walk and an even shorter drive that features local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and stores. In the other direction, Kroger and Walmart are just up the street with Polaris Fashion Place and Easton Town Center both just 15 minutes away. Downtown Columbus is only a 20-minute drive offering everything from the wonderful Columbus Art Museum to the scenic Scioto Mile, exciting Hollywood Casino, and an array of unique restaurants and entertainment.
