'Back Beach Cottages' es una propiedad única con una configuración de dos cabañas. Ambas casas tienen maravillosas vistas del océano y comparten un patio / jardín privado.
La propiedad ofrece lo mejor de ambos mundos, ya que es un lugar ideal para disfrutar de una playa tranquila y a solo 10 minutos a pie del centro de Rockport.
El establecimiento se encuentra a pocos pasos de Back Beach y a 5 minutos a pie de Front Beach. La propiedad cuenta con 2 lugares de estacionamiento en la calle en la entrada.

Algunos detalles sobre cada una de las casas: La 'Casa Principal' tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños; Un dormitorio principal con cama queen size y baño en suite. El segundo dormitorio de la casa principal tiene 2 camas individuales.
La casa principal tiene una cocina abierta / comedor y una sala de estar con ventanales que dan al océano.

The Back Cottage se encuentra justo detrás de la casa principal y tiene 1 dormitorio en el segundo piso (por un conjunto de escaleras de caracol). El dormitorio tiene una cama king size. Hay una terraza ubicada fuera de la habitación con vistas al océano. The Back Cottage tiene una cocina de galera, estufa y refrigerador (sin lavaplatos) y baño. Beautiful Rockport!

We had a wonderful time in Rockport. It was great to have the ocean just steps from the front door. And shopping is just around the corner! Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable and beautiful. Thank you for a great stay at your property!

Charming property for families to stay

This was a lovely and comfortable place to stay for a low-key vacation by the beach in beautiful Rockport. The two cottages that share a garden was the perfect setup for traveling with different family units. The place is fully stocked with toys and fun for kids. It was an easy and short walk to the beach every day, as well as to the shops! We’ll always remember the live music from the bandstand on Sunday and Monday nights. Very hospitable and communicative hosts. Hope to be back one day!

Great location

We had a great vacation. Having two houses on the same property was great. The yard space was really nice to have with kids. Just a short walk to front beach and had all the beach equipment we needed. The band played in the gazebo right across the street and we were able to watch from the deck. Would definitely recommend this rental especially for those with children.

Wonderful home base for a fantastic wedding weekend!

We stayed here for 10 days, and the property was fantastic. My parents stayed in the back cottage, which had everything they needed (including a kitchen), and my fiancée and I stayed in the front cottage with our two kids. We had everything we needed; we easily walked to town; the beach is across the street; and the views from the house were awesome! The outdoor seating (and grill) were also fantastic - we had friends over for a BBQ in the yard, and it was perfect. Thank you for an amazing stay! We home to be back.

Rockport Vacation

Meghan and Mike were excellent hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and gracious. There was great communication for the few questions I had. The home was fabulous. Clean, modern, spectacular views. The book of information they put together was easy to understand. We appreciate the special treats they left. We will be rebooking.

Great for busy families

Had a great time. The front deck views are great. We are outside often at one of the 3 seating locations outside. The kids (age 7 and 10) played with all sorts of toys from the activity shed and it was great to have a wagon to transport gear to the beach. Onsite kitchen is stocked and laundry was nice to have in the unit. Hosts were great, very responsive. Only caution is the guest house spiral staircase is tight and was a little challenging for parents who are “young” retirees. Great experience overall!

Great location with fabulous yard and views

House was a lovely beach cottage which accommodated my family of older kids and grandchild in the main house and my husband and me in the back house. Best part was the location and the yard, and the main house family room and dining room attached to the kitchen provided a big enough space for the 7 of us to hang out on the days it rained. Great look for the space too with nice TV. I would be aware that the back house master bedroom, though very lovely, is upstairs and connected to the main floor where the bathroom is by a very narrow (dangerous for small kids) spiral staircase. A bit of a challenge carrying up heavy suitcases and then for night trips to the bathroom. Also be aware that dawn happens early with the sun shining thru to the bedroom around 5 am! Though the kitchen had needed dishes for cooking, I would suggest bringing your own knives for food prep (ones I could find were more steak knives) and not planning on precise baking as the old fashion oven (though great looking) is very hard to set and maintain temperature and burned my brownies! We never used the bikes or kayaks but they looked in great condition and wish we had the chance. Nice off street parking for our 2 cars and we enjoyed the heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after our beach days. WiFi in front house worked great too, slow in the back house. Home was kept clean and very easy to work with the owners. Great rental.

Perfect Location!

The Back Beach cottages were the perfect location for my family to enjoy a weekend in Rockport. Located across the street from Back Beach, a 5 minute walk to Front Beach and another 5 minute walk to the shops made it very easy to enjoy the amenities Rockport has to offer. The cottages were clean and furnished with very comfortable beds and the most amazing couch in the main house. The spiral staircase in the back cottage is quite narrow and might be difficult for small children or elderly guests, but was not an issue for us. Meghan and Mike were very gracious hosts who had a thoroughly prepared binder of information for guests which anticipated and answered any questions we might have. We would definitely stay here again for a Rockport vacation!

Wish we could stay longer

We rented this house a bachelorette weekend, and I we we could have stayed longer. The house was clean and well stocked. It was in a great location and the hosts were responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place right next to the beach.

Perfect Location

Our whole family had a fantastic week at Back Beach cottages! The two cottages were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for all our needs and accommodated our extended family nicely. We enjoyed the water view and all the amenities this home has to offer. Being able to stay parked at the cottage and walk to the beach or into town was a real treat! Great place to stay with young kids

The two-cottage set up was great for our family. Grandparents enjoyed the privacy and extra space in the Back Cottage while Mom, Dad and the kids stayed in the Main Cottage. Both cottages had great views of the ocean and both places came supplied with everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable (including beach chairs, toys, wagons, and much more recreational equipment). We loved the outdoor space and spent much of our time outside enjoying the beautiful garden while the kids played safely in the fenced in yard. Meghan and Mike were welcoming hosts and quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely come back again and stay longer next time!

Amazing vacation for family!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at the back beach cottages! We appreciated all the organization & communication with the check in- the welcome book was so helpful and the fresh flowers made us feel so welcome. Everything was so clean. Organized and well kept. You can’t beat the views at the house and central location. We walked to front beach with all the kids in the wagon, spent rainy/cloudy days walking into town and the evenings we loved walking to back beach for photos, views after our s’mores by the fire. We were able to cook in easily with lots of amenities and the grill & fireplace were perfect. We loved the lawn games and the entire property. We could go on & on but for a family of 8 with children ranging from 2mo-5 the owners had lots of infant/ children amenities we used! Thank you Meaghan & Mike for a great week at the cottage! We hope to return next year!

Rockport cottages

I grew up going to Rockport as a child. I love going back to this house and cottage with my family now. It is very nostalgic. We had lots of fun! My granddaughter said her favorite thing was the beach and making S’mores!

Perfect seaside rental.

We loved our week at Back Beach Cottages. The space was perfect for an extended family group of 8. The ocean views and the sound of the surf were an added bonus to the lovely and thoughtfully equipped cottages. Meghan is an excellent and attentive host. We look forward to a return visit!

After years of renting in Rockport we fell in love with this home; with it's location, access to town and to the beach. We travel a lot for work and when we come home we love coming back to this place. We love it and hope you will too! We also have family in the area who help us manage the property.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The views from the property, the garden and the 2 cottages made this the house for us. We have our friends and parents come visit and its so nice to have the second Back Cottage to spend time together with friends and family.
