Guests have access to this entire apartment. Park temporarily and enter through the glass door at the REAR of the building using the building code, then take the elevator to the second floor and use your unit code on the apartment door. Both codes are released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid. A parking pass for the gated rear lot is on the wall just inside the apartment.

You'll enter through a stylish lobby and take the elevator up to your private haven. The smartlock code entry means swift, seamless check-in every time. The bedroom sits conveniently adjacent to the living room, offering privacy and quiet when you need to rest. The walk-in shower and modern bathroom are designed with relaxation in mind—plenty of space to refresh after exploring downtown.

The kitchen features elegant granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making meal prep easy whether you're cooking a full dinner or just heating up your favorite takeout. You'll have a full set of cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dishwasher to handle cleanup. Coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, and stove are all ready to use. There's also a dining table where you can eat with a view.

Your booking includes a free parking pass for the secure lot next to the building. Street parking is also free after 6 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends. If you have an additional vehicle, street parking remains an option, though lot parking for extra cars is available for a fee.

You will receive a parking pass to park for free in the gated lot behind the building. If you have more than one vehicle, there is parking on the street — free 4:30 PM to 8 AM Monday to Friday, and free all weekend — or paid parking nearby.

Please note that this unit is located above a bar. Noise from the bar below may be heard, especially on weekends and into the early hours of the morning. If you're a light sleeper or prefer quiet nights, this property may not be the best fit for your stay.

A separate rental agreement is required as part of your reservation. It covers house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.

For the safety and security of guests and the property, motion-activated cameras monitor exterior areas (entrances, patios) only. A noise monitoring device inside helps keep noise levels respectful for neighbors—it does not record audio or video.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age. The primary guest is required to be present for the entire stay and is responsible for all guests and visitors. Misrepresentation of age may result in cancellation without refund.
