Amazing ocean views and a private heated pool for your family & friends to enjoy. Casa Coquina is Indian Rocks Beach's top vacation rental. This new and elevated single family home is perfect for your beach getaway. The amazing private heated lap pool (10'x35') and ocean view rooftop deck will take your breath away. This home offers four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a 5th bedroom/office, 6 flat screen smart TVs, a lap pool with lounge ledge, oversized kitchen, two indoor living rooms (main living room area seats 8-10, upstairs game area seats 6), an ocean view rooftop deck overlooking the beach below, and an outdoor BBQ dining/living room at pool level with a TV for gathering with friends. BBQ dining seats 12, BBQ living room seats 8-10.

The bright and clean neutral interior design will calm your senses. The oversized 10ft kitchen island provides ample space for entertaining. Each bedroom offers plush new mattresses, terry robes and lots of towels for your beach and pool activities. This single family home has AC throughout.

The amazing white beach is only 200ft away on a sandy trail, no roads to cross, no shoes required, and no worries about parking. Easy to run back to the house for snacks, drinks and bathroom breaks.

We have no hidden fees. The pool is heated to 86F and all amenities are included in the quoted nightly rate.

3 bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms.
1 bedroom with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom.
Office with daybed/trundle (2 twin beds) best suited for young adults or kids.

The kitchen/dining room is well equipped and offers seating for 12.
Guests can enjoy an amazing sunset beach stroll to nearby restaurants and bars.

The rooftop deck is an amazing place to relax and watch the sunset. Please note the property does not have an elevator and guests must climb stairs to get to all living areas. The property has a 3 car garage and additional parking for 2 regular sized cars in the driveway.

This property is elevated so we had no storm damage. A truly private tropical beach paradise.

Where do I begin? Our stay was awesome. Casa Coquina is absolutely wonderful. The house was well supplied to help you get started on your vacation. The neighborhood is quiet, the beach is a 5 minute walk, and lots of great restaurants nearby. If you like Cuban sandwiches…the Kooky Coconut is awesome! Beautiful sunsets can be viewed from the upper deck. Love!

We had a wonderful time. Property was clean and fully stocked. Even included a beach wagon and beach chairs. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 9 of us. Included a crib, high chair, and pac n play making it convenient for packing for our 21 month old grandchild. Highly recommend!!

This house was perfect for our family group of ten! The location was perfect as well with beach access and the best ice cream just steps away! Loved the view of the beach from the house especially from the rooftop deck which we enjoyed! Pool was beautiful as well. The house was well stocked and especially loved the special touches the owner provided - robes, matching beach towels in each bedroom as well as matching pool towels in the pool area which was very nice with a grill and TV to relax in. Nice beach chairs, a few umbrellas and wagons to pack up for the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would want this house again if we returned back to Indian Rocks Beach!

Amazing beach house

The house was amazing. Just as listed The pool area and rooftop were top notch. House is well stocked with everything you need. 300 ft walkto beach access.Lots of parking available, which isn't always the case. The host was super responsive. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Beach House

The only place I would want to stay in Indian Rocks

So tastefully furnished and decorated. Each bedroom having an en suite was awesome but the attention to detail in providing a great vacation was spot on. The pool!!! Hard to get the kids to go to the beach. Cleanest place we ever stayed BY FAR! Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else now. We have been spoiled

Perfect Property for our Stay

We gathered with our extended family for a long FL weekend. This home was perfect for our needs of 3 couples and 3 young adults. We had enough common space to gather and then plenty of private space when that was needed. The pool area is relaxing and the roof top space is the place for sunset!! The location was also ideal for walks on the beach and good food is close by. The pressed cuban sandwich and homemade ice cream at the Kooky Coconut, right down the lane, was an awesome find. If you can afford the high rate, you will get what you pay for. A well-stocked home with awesome amenities in a great location.

Perfect Beach House

Amazing rental

This house was perfect for our family of 9. The house had more than enough towels for the beach and pool, lots of beach chairs, coolers and wagons. The quick walk to the beach was not bad at all. They do an amazing job keeping the house stocked with essential necessities. I will definitely be renting again.

Beautiful house

Overall our stay was great. The whole place is beautiful and was extremely well stocked. They thought of everything. The only issue we had was that the roof top deck was pretty much useless at all except at night. I’m sure this is a seasonal issue. It is so hot and bright up there and there is no furniture under the only small covered area up there. It’s BEAUTIFUL and the views are amazing! But we couldn’t use it like we had planned. Everything else was perfect!

Beautiful Property

Our stay was amazing. Steps to the beach, unreal sunsets from the rooftop terrace, amazing outdoor space to entertain, huge kitchen…. This place has everything you need to enjoy a week away. Many options for food, drinks and entertainment just a short walk away. A huge perk to the property was having all the beach equipment you need on the property. Traveling with a family makes it hard to pack those items (tent/umbrella, beach chairs, wagons, toys for kids). This place has it all and everything was in great condition.

Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) is a small beach community easily accessible from Tampa International Airport (40 min away). It is located just south of famous Clearwater Beach, but offers a tranquil tropical atmosphere. There are a lot of activities for couples, friends and families to do come rain or shine. The sand is very soft and white, and the ocean is warm, turquoise and full of fish, dolphins, pelicans, rays and the occasional manatee. This is an amazing place to live and visit.

With only steps from the beach and no busy streets to cross it is truly a beach lover's dream.
