The Pink Palace is a newly remodeled luxury property that has gorgeous beach views from the upstairs balcony and the first floor living and dining rooms. It includes a private pool area with a hot tub, pool, outdoor dining table and grill. A grass side yard is adjacent to the house and is great for outdoor activities. Inside, a full sized kitchen is perfect for cooking for a large family or creating a gourmet meal for two. Additionally, there is a two-queen bedroom downstairs with a full bath close by. Upstairs, the primary bedroom boasts full views of the water and beach. It includes a full bathroom with a soaking tub. The laundry room and a full sized bathroom are adjacent to another king bedroom. The guest house, which has a full bath, a kitchenette, 2 queen beds and a futon, is located above the two car garage. The townhome is well cared for and in a great location, close to Clearwater Beach but in a smaller, quiet community. Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes away.

What an incredible house. I couldn't believe how gorgeous everything was and how high the ceilings are. The beach is just steps away and the beautiful lit pool even closer. My coworkers family and I had the most amazing time we will absolutely be back. The host was extremely responsive and helpful as well. Everything was in absolute pristine condition not even a single piece of dust in sight. I cannot say enough good words about our stay!!!

A week away

Property was everything we hoped it would be! The pool and the beach ( low traffic) was absolutely wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I will say- I didn’t realize that the apartment wasn’t attached to the main house. Had to go exit the house and go up a flight off steps. It did however give my in laws some privacy. Would love to come back! Thank you for everything!

Our Spring Break 2025 Vacation

Wonderful property! Can not beat the house, pool, hot tub, and beach! We had a group of 12(6 adults, 6 children). Plenty of room for all. Close to downtown Clearwater. We took the trolley often. House is in a residential neighborhood on the main strip. Definitely recommend!

We had a fabulous time. The house is on the beach plus a great pool. It was clean and was perfect for our family of ten. I would definitely stay here in the future. Wonderful vacation.

Beauty on the beach

We enjoyed a 5 day stay at the Pink Palace. Everything was just as advertised! Beautiful place with very comfortable accommodations. The pool, hot tub and beach were pristine. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels etc for all to enjoy. I would highly recommend staying at the Pink Palace and would love to return someday😍

JOANIE CHECKED US IN VERY NICELY. WALKED US AROUND THE HOME SHOWED US EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO KNOW AND HOW TO OPERATE EVERYTHING. HOME WAS SUPER CLEAN VERY RELAXED NEIGHBORHOOD AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED THEY PROVIDE. BEACH IS STEPS AWAY,POOL AND JACUZZI WERE A SUPER PLUS TO HELP YOU RELAX AND WIND DOWN. THE SEPERATE APARTMENT WAS GREAT FOR GUESTS. THIS RENTAL IS A AWESOME LOCATION AND HANDS DOWN GREAT FOR THAT GETAWAY AND TO HAVE A RELAX TRIP FOR SURE. RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING ARE MINUTES AWAY. WE WILL DEFITNETLY BE RETURNING.

Pink Palace Perfection

The property was extraordinary. It had everything we would need and want. It was a perfect place for our family reunion. Proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. The views were glorious. The property manager was outstanding. We are looking forward to our return.

Great Beach Place!

Awesome, spacious townhouse right on the Gulf of Mexico. Great pool & hot tub overlooking the Gulf. Kitchen well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, utensils, etc. Quiet residential area close to all the action in Clearwater Beach. We really enjoyed our stay here - amazing sunsets every evening. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious residence right on the beach!

The Pink Palace and Belleair Beach are wonderful

Each February my immediate family gathers under one roof to enjoy a winter break. That is: the grandparents (us), the two sons and their wives and the four children under 7. We rent a large house that can house all of us for a month even though the children are there only during February school break. This property is exceptional. Belleair Beach is a small stretch sandwiched between the much larger Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks. This stretch has single private homes as well as low rise condominiums. The larger beaches that bookend Belleair are far more commercial and busy. Belleair Beach is essentially private as there is limited parking. Gulf Boulevard is not that heavily traveled. Most times there were only a few folks on the beach. It is private even though the limited public access is along side the home. On the Gulf Shores in Florida this privacy is a rare occurrence. And you do have all the restaurants and commercial activity very near you, you just wont be aware of it. The House is big and airy, well furnished and in great condition. It has 3 bedrooms in the main house and 3 bathrooms. The bonus is a very large studio over the garage. The property easily housed the 10 of us very comfortably. The kitchen/dining room/family room are all open together to make gathering for meals easy. The added value, which I had not anticipated using or liking as much as we did, is the Pool, hot tub and outside patio area with dining table. It was perfect. I had worried about the pool and hot tub with such little children. The management quickly installed a door alarm on the sliding door to the pool deck for us. That dropped my anxiety to zero. We all loved the beach for fun, shell hunting and sandcastle building. But the pool is where we all swam. It is kept at 78 degrees and the hot tub heats up quickly on cool evening. And every evening we all sat after dinner and watched the sunset and observed Jupiter and Venus moving closer and closer together. Another bonus is that you can actually see the night sky. I would like to thank the management company for being so accommodating, efficient and pleasant. And the owners for the great job renovating this home. The only suggestion to further enhance the experience might be to add some room darkening shades or curtains on windows facing East. Nothing is needed on the Gulf facing Master bedroom, we slept with the curtains open and door slightly open so we could listen to the waves at night.

Beautiful beachfront, Gulf front views

We had a great time at the Pink Palace! It was very clean and the view was amazing! The Manager was very helpful. The beach was not crowded at all but it was close to restaurants and Clearwater Beach. We will be returning to stay again very soon!
