Beautiful property made for memorable occasion

We stayed here to celebrate our daughter’s 30th birthday. The property was better than we imagined! The home and the property are spacious and well kept. Overall, it was very comfortable and memorable!

Great house for family gathering

We enjoyed all of the amenities of the home-- Pool, tennis court, plenty of bedrooms. Centrally-located to all Hamptons towns. Owner was helpful and very responsive.

Perfect family getaway

This property was so great that we never left it to go to the beach. The tennis courts are in great shape, the pool is inviting, and the flowers and plantings were beautiful. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. We would definitely like to go back soon.

The best experience and such a great property

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. The house is SO clean and up to date. Everything worked and it was a great continent location. Most importantly, the owner is so nice and professional. They helped us with lots of great information and reconditions for restaurants and various activity. Totally recommend this.

Great amenities and great communication

This home really did have everything you could want for your getaway, we enjoyed the pool, spa hot tub, basketball and tennis courts, grill, bicycles, and game room. The pictures online do not do it justice, it really is chock full of amenities for a family gathering. The host had great communication, provided helpful tips, answered questions, and helped make it a pleasant stay. Although we were in the Hamptons, we barely left because the home was so pleasant!

Hamptons Summer Stay

Lovely home, nicely and comfortably decorated, very helpful host gave us recommendations for activities, sports/culinary experts to assist, etc. Bought us a new TV in their home gym middle of stay. Had all gear we needed- beach gear, bikes, tennis racquets, sports balls etc. Very comfortable beds, best we've had in a rental.

Such a relaxing stay - want to go back!

We were amazed at how much room there was both indoors and outside: one could stay in a jacuzzi, play tennis, exercise on one of the machines, grill outside, eat on the veranda. The property managers are friendly, helpful and very thoughtful, also incredibly prompt in responding to questions. We loved the beautiful interior of the house and the washer/dryer amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The pool and large hot tub were the perfect way to end each day! Location was great for shopping, restaurants and beaches, would go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Property with pool and Tennis

Listing was very detailed and accurate. Owner was very responsive to questions. We had one issue with an A/C unit. The owner had someone there in a hour from our call and it was fixed. We would definitely return.

Great for family get together

The layout of this house, it’s location and graciousness of the owner made this trip memorable. Kitchen is beyond fully stocked with everything g you need. Dining room sat nine. Tennis court was out to good use as was the spa. We didn’t even have time to explore the workout room or sauna in the basement. Only downside of the house is it’s proximity to the train which we stopped noticing.

Amazing Getaway!

My wife and I booked this last minute for our family with 2 small kids, and my sister in law and her husband and child, and so happy we did. Catherine’s house is amazing; the property is stunning and pictures do not do it justice. It is very well appointed, immaculately clean and despite the size was incredibly warm and welcoming and felt like a home away from home. Pool was amazing, my wife and I played tennis for the first time in years and enjoyed a great movie one evening. Catherine is super communicative, professional, nice and you can tell she genuinely cares about the experience her guests have and that comes through in every single communication. Would highly recommend staying here and know we will be looking forward to staying again soon if she will have us!

Quintessential Hamptons house. Loved it!

STUNNING beach house that has it all. Plenty of room, beautiful home decor, sliding doors from the main rooms to the outside deck, gorgeous pool, and tennis! The best part - it's so close to everything. I loved doing a morning run to the ocean and back. It's super close to Bridgehampton town, and the location makes it just as easy to go out to dinner in Easthampton, Sag Harbor, or Southampton, though it's perfect for grilling and cooking at home too - the kitchen had everything we needed to make a gourmet meal. I especially loved the amazing sound system that plays music both inside and outside - great way to end the night in the hot tub with a glass of wine, looking up at the stars.

Great Family VayCay Spot

Love this house! Just off 27 between Water Mill and Bridgehampton, one mile to the grocery store and an easy drive to beautiful Mecox Beach. Pretty, well decorated and open downstairs with a proper cooks kitchen. The 2nd floor has a really nice master suite, and four more good sized guest rooms all with private baths. The basement has a nice small gym, a pool table and the 6th bedroom with its own full bath. Outside is a huge fenced and private lawn with a tennis court and a large pool. There’s tons of parking and it’s super easy to get to the Hamptons village of your choice from here. We vacationed with our grown children and significant others and there was lots of room for all of us, inside and out. Catherine is a great hostess and with her blessing, we shall return.

Fantastic Stay in Water Mill

Our family and friends had an amazing time at this property. The house was perfect for our needs with plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The backyard amenities of the pool, spa, and tennis court kept us entertained at all times of day. Water Mill is a beautiful town with so many great restaurants and things to do nearby. Catherine, the host, offered so many fantastic suggestions that made the trip even more memorable which included the following: Mecox Beach - We spent 2 full days there - The Hamptons beaches did not issue visitor parking passes this year due to COVID, but my husband dropped us off, drove back to the house, and then biked back down to us. Kayak tour with Eric (East End Kayaks) that the boys absolutely loved. Eric was so informative, teaching the kids about the habitat and wildlife in the area. The trip including fishing, crabbing and clamming. We rented a chartered boat from Uihlien's in Montauk - the kids had a blast tubing off the back. Peter Ambrose - private chef - Cooked and served a Lobster/Clambake at the house one night Private tennis lessons with Marco who was awesome! We also visited Wollfer twice - once for a walking tour and another time for a sit down wine and appetizer pairing. We had a fabulous dinner at Topping Rose which is very close to the house. We had two 'take in' meals from Almond that were delicious. I could go on and on with how pleased we were with this trip! The weather was perfect every day except for one, but we had plenty in the house to keep busy and welcomed a relaxing day of playing cards, playing pool in the basement, and watching movies. We spent 8 nights here and we wished we had booked 8 more! We look forward to visiting again!!

We spent a beautiful weekend with friends at this lovely house, which is perfect for gatherings, whether with friends or a large family. It offers all the necessary amenities, making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. I just wish we had more time to fully appreciate everything the house has to offer. Additionally, communication with the property manager was excellent, which made our experience even better.
