We strive for perfection on cleaning, all our beds & pillows are covered with waterproof covers for our guests safety. Our bedding & towels are all washed in hot water with free & clear laundry detergent for sensitive skin. We use cleaners & disinfectants to sterilize all high touch surfaces between guests.

Kitchen/Bathroom: We provide extra Toilet paper & Paper towels along with coffee pods for the Keurig and laundry/dishwashing supplies. We also have Seasoning & cooking oil, High speed blender, juicer, pasta strainer, kitchen knives, high quality pots & pans, can opener, wine opener, microwave, wine cooler, fridge water filter, fridge ice maker. The kitchen consists of a 12 person dinning set with large plates, small plates, bowls, a few large bowls cups, mugs. We provide body wash, shampoo, & conditioner.

Bedroom/Living Space: The house has 3 Queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sleeper couch and 2 couches. It does work best for 8 people or less. However can be used for 12 as it does have the extra couches as well. And a queen blow up mattress. One being a 3 person recliner. The other is a 2 person recliner. Extra pillows are always provided in the walk in closest along with extra blankets. We have mini splits in each bedroom and the living room and kitchen and a space heater. We also have a high chair and crib (pack and play)

Hot Tub Area: The hot tub is located outside in a private gazebo with curtains and bug screens. The hot tub string lights are solar powered & automatic they run off of the amount of sunlight they receive in a given day the hot tub also has underwater lights and a portable light/bug zapper that hooks onto the top of the gazebo. Our fire pit is located outside with handmade benches around it and string lights. We have outdoor furniture on the patio as well as an electric grill. There is a full size ping pong table with several life size games such as Jenga, connect four, cornhole and Yahtzee.

Normal messaging hours are between 10am-10pm my average response time is 5min if it is an emergency please call my phone twice.

We will do our best to accommodate later checkout/earlier check in as long as it’s approved and discussed before hand. *Without approval we do charge for every 15min after checkout you will be charged $50 and once it hits 2 hours you will be charged an additional day as this doesn't give our cleaners enough time to get ready for the next reservation.

*If the calendar allows half days are available upon request with an discounted price please send an inquiry request :)

If there is ever an issue with getting into the house or you accidentally get locked out not to worry we have extra sets of keys for emergency locked in a separate lockbox, along with having our housecleaner that lives just down the street who is always available to help out in case of emergency. We also have a private contractor that lives nearby as well to help if something breaks :)
Other details to note
We have a professional cleaning team that lives in town so if anything is not up to standard please let us know and we will send someone over asap. Someone is always around to help with any issues so if anything comes up please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can have the opportunity to get things resolved for you during your trip :)

For reservations of 28 days or longer please send an inquiry for setting up required paperwork to abide by the local laws for long term reservations.

Out of safety for guests especially those with young children we do not have any glass on the property, as far as decorations go or in the kitchen so if you do decide to bring any please be careful & do not bring glass into the hot tub.

Please bring your own firewood, as we used to provide some, but got in many terrible situations where people would constantly request more and more taking advantage of our kindness causing us to have to change policies. Thank you for understanding

We also have no 21+ age requirement, so as long as someone in the party is 18 or older in order to book through their account you're all set :)

House Rules:
Remember to be respectful as this is a home and not a hotel. Please clean up after yourself. There will be an added cleaning fee if additional cleaning is necessary, price to be determined based off of need.
Please no pets of any kind. My daughter is severely allergic if you have a pet you need to take with you on your trip we respectfully ask if you could please find a pet friendly home as it does endanger my daughters health. If a pet is seen or suspected you will be billed $500 deep cleaning fee.
Hot tub rules that are violated and cause the hot tub to be damaged or drained will result in a $500
fine.

CHECK OUT: Upon departure, turn off all lights, place any used towels in the hamper, and lock all doors. Clean out the refrigerator of any food from your stay and make sure all dishes and cookware are clean and put away. To the best of your ability, please leave the home in the condition that you found it.
I agree to the following terms and understand that if any of these rules are broken I will be removed from the property and/or fined. This agreement may not be sublet or assigned to any other party.
This is a vacation rental agreement only and does not constitute residency. No mail is to be sent to you at this address. Thank you.
