3 BR, 2.5 BA Duplex – Dog Friendly – Hot Tub – Walk To Shuttle!

This place is a great choice in Breck’s quiet Warriors Mark neighborhood — and you can bring the family pup, too! You’ll love the private hot tub, and there’s a free shuttle bus stop just a 3-minute walk away to take you to downtown Breckenridge, the Peak 9 base area, and the BreckConnect Gondola. You and your family and friends will love it!

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex works perfectly for up to 6 guests. The living area vaulted ceilings for an open, airy feel, as well as leather couches, a large Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. The full kitchen has plenty of counter space, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. The dining table seats six. Just outside in the trees, there’s a deck with an outdoor dining table and your own private hot tub!

Other amenities include an in-unit, full-size washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Other than not letting us in ONE MINUTE early, despite many many requests on Thanksgiving Day. Otherwise everyting was great, the jacuzzi and master bath, especially.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was walking distance to town and any amenities. There was some construction noise, but we dealt with it .

Never again. Road construction immediately behind property was extremely annoying, noisy, and made it hard to enjoy our stay. It went in from 6am -at least 6 pm everyday. Large tractors, semis and other construction vehicles back and forth all day long. The sliding back door did not lock properly and we had to cut an old mop pile to fit into the track to prevent the door from being opened from the outside. On the 2nd day, one of the very old smoke detectors started chirping, and even after changing the battery it would not stop. Because it was not wired but rather just mounted on the ceiling, we moved it to the outside shed until the last day of our stay. Because of the ongoing extensive road construction, the Internet did not work for several hours on 2 of the 4 days of our stay. What we thought was going to be a restful retreat to the mountains turned out to be a very annoying, noisy, and disruptive, not to mention expensive experience.

Smaller than the photos make it appear, but cozy and enjoyable nonetheless. We enjoyed our short stay here. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you might need, and the beds were very comfortable. A good location, making it easy to get into downtown and out to many nearby hiking areas.

Great getaway in Breckinridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this cozy spot nestled away in Breckenridge. The rental was stunning and in good distance to everything, but quiet at night. Totally a great exerience with the rental company and would rent again.

Stay was OK.5 star master bath, high quality bath towels and very comfortable beds.i left a leather duffel bags here after departing on Tuesday, July 8 and called Summit Mtn rentals 2 hours after leaving.The house cleaner returned the duffel bag to Summit Mtn offices.Despite calling every day and providing my credit card for UPS, 6 days later it has not been shipped back to me. My mistake although no one took ownership to take the steps to drop off the bag tp return to me.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Except for master bathroom , house is quite dated . The heating on ground floor barely works. Only 1 out of 3 heating registars works.If they upgraded property I’d recommend. Good location .

Beautiful stay!

My parents, husband and I spent our Thanksgiving here and we had the most wonderful time. The property was so cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was also fantastic! The location of this place is great— with only a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. We would definitely come back in a heart beat!

Fantastic Getaway

My husband, mom, brother and I thoroughly enjoyed the Red Feather Chateau! We needed a place with a bedroom on the main level with a walk-in shower to accommodate my mom who has mobility issues. This place was perfect! We all loved the main level bathroom. It was so luxurious. My mom is still talking about it! We loved the decor and coziness of the home. We had everything we needed to cook meals and the hot tub was very relaxing. We had an issue with the coffee maker but just one text and we had a replacement within a few hours. I would definitely stay here again.

Very much smaller than pictures showed

The outside is very dated. Needs painting, etc.. the inside was very small compared to what is shown in pictures. Also, the leather chairs and couch look so inviting but they were very incomfortable. We had a death in the family and asked if we could check out earlier and VRBO said "sorry, nothing we can do".... We don't like to be negative but just want to be honest with spending so much funny for our stay.

Breckenridge vacation

We had a great time. The townhouse was perfect for our family. Especially for our senior Labrador. The master bedroom was on the main floor with only 1 step to get in the front and back patio.
