Feel like a night in the city? Austin is an easy 45 minute ride to world-class live music and dining. You definitely do not want to miss the BATS! Austin is home to the world's largest urban bat population. Ferry boat tours available April - November.

Enjoy keycard access only to member-only 7 Lake-front parks, beach access, boat ramps, swimming pool, pickle ball court, fitness centers and tennis court. All the parks have a personality all their own. You’ll find endless miles of paved and native hiking trails, as well as playgrounds, a boat ramp, free trailer storage, and you will have access to the ONLY deep water marina on Lake Travis at The Northshore Marina.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The main bedroom is the only bedroom on the main level. King Stearns & Foster mattress and a 55” Tv. Patio door that leads out to a private hot tub for your enjoyment. There is also a pack and play crib for your babies needs.

2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located upstairs and have premium queen mattresses. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is an adjoining balcony upstairs as well.

The kitchen has all the comforts of home - range, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Beautiful quartzite countertops. Fully stocked with a myriad of spices and chefs pots and pans and utensils for all your cooking needs.

A well appointed living, dining and kitchen main areas that lead you to a large covered terrace with high-end comfortable furniture with seating for 7 to enjoy scenic views during the day and ambient lighting for an evening game of corn hole, cards or if you would just like to unwind by sitting in the hot tub for a bit. Complete with a large grill and an outdoor dining table to cook a meal for your family or friends.

There is a 6 person maximum at this home. Infants do not count toward the total number.
