The Hollows at Lake Travis Retreat
Awesome view of Lake Travis with fabulous decks and outdoor grill.
Luxury cabin style home with 3 bedrooms in the main house and a separate guest apartment. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with an additional half bath.
The Primary bedroom features a luxurious King size Tempur-Pedic massage/tilt mattress and 60" TV.
2 bedrooms in the main house are upstairs and feature a king bed in 1 bedroom and a queen bed with bunk beds and TV in the other bedroom.
The 4th bedroom is located in a separate casita with a private entrance and has a queen size Tempur-Pedic massage mattress and flat screen TV.
The space
This well-appointed, curated for your comfort cabin in the woods features stellar Lake Travis views in a wooded setting. Relaxing, serene setting only 35 minutes from Austin.
High-end furnishings, outdoor sofa, dining table, and a lower patio with a built-in gas grill. Walk down to the lake - we sit on a wonderful cove surrounded by woods for a daily hike.
Guest access
This rental is for the entire home and surrounding property.
Located in the sought-after Hollows community, you will have access to resort amenities, beach club, tennis court, fitness centers, swimming pools, hiking trails and more!
Located in the Texas Hill Country all within 30-45 minutes to University of Texas, Texas Wine country, Lake Austin and the live-music capital of the WORLD! Must see - Austin has the largest urban bat colony in North America. Awesome experiences await you in the Weird A!
If peace, quiet, serenity and gorgeous views are on your list, this is the perfect house for your getaway!
Other things to note
The City of Jonestown and/or the Hollows POA require a Release and Waiver of Liability / Indemnification Agreement, Residential Short Term Rental Contract and Registration for the Hollows POA for each guest.
Minimum rental age is 25. Local code is set at a MAX capacity of 10 persons including children. The Hollows amenities are available to guests and may not be available due to weather. All forms must be completed for access. Main gate is a 5 minute drive from our home.
Local Fire code prohibits Fire Pit use.
Lake Travis is 93% FULL. Information can be found at the Lower Colorado River Authority.
