A newly built 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in the heart of the old town of Steamboat Springs. Access everything that Steamboat has to offer such as trails, restaurants, the free bus line. Enjoy 1 car parking right in front of your stairs. Amazing views of Mount Werner, and sunsets to the west from all the large and bright windows. Private and Cozy Apartment with all the essentials, you will have everything you need to enjoy an extended stay in Steamboat Springs enjoying all your day time adventures, or vibrant nights out enjoying one of the many exquisite restaurants. Let the hosts be your guide for Steamboats many outdoor activities, as we love everything outdoors in Steamboat and would be happy to point you in the right direction. The apartment has a large screen tv mounted on the wall so you can watch on the couch or while you cook dinner and stream all your favorite services on the Roku Platform. The bathroom has a stylish stand up shower, and heated floors. A full Size washer and dryer are in the unit along with additional storage. We offer Shed storage to lock up your bike or skis. Butcherknife Trail is a couple blocks and a great place to walk your furry friend, or call on the free City Bus to pick you up and take you to the main line for an easy way to access the ski area. Live like a local in this modern and fully outfitted 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that sleeps 4 with the pull out couch. 30 night minimum stays, and month to month leases are considered.

My Wife Mindy and I would love to welcome you to our guest apartment at our Home in Wonderful Steamboat Springs CO. We have lived in this town for close to 20 years and we believe we epitomize the lifestyle of Steamboat to the last drop. We are avid Cyclists, Skiers and all around adventurers. We have 3 lovely children whom you may see running around the playing their bikes or running down the back alley. We are both heavily involved in our community here and we love to share it with others, so we hope we can help you find all the fun things there are to do in Steamboat and provide you an amazing place to stay while you plan your own fun adventures here in Steamboat.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We love the accessbility to all the trails, downtown for happy hours and personally for the location to our jobs and the schools. It is just removed enough from the downtown area, that the evenings and morning are incredibly peaceful for relaxing walks down to Butcherknife creek trail, but a short stroll right into the heart of Steamboat to enjoy a lovely night out, or coffee by the river.

The residence is well removed from our main home and a private entrance into the apartment. It sits well above most homes in our neighborhood, so you can enjoy the expansive views of the sunrise over Steamboat Resort in the Mornings, and Alpenglow Sunsets from the west. There is a large parking space right in front of the stairs to get up and they are also pet friendly. We are here to make the experience the best it can be and are close by to help if there is anything that can make your stay better.
