Peaceful Oasis minutes to T.F. Green International Airport, Main Street & more

Welcome! This farm house style ranch is located in East Greenwich--- minutes from Main Street, Goddard Park, T.F. Green International Airport, Briggs Boesch Farm, major highways, restaurants and shopping. Also, a short drive to the south coast beaches and The University of Rhode Island.

This one level home offers a living room with cathedral ceiling. The master bedroom has a King size bed with an en suite shower and 2 walk-in closets. In the closet you will find a pack n' play for infants. The two other bedrooms are Queen beds with ample space and a full shared bathroom. In the shared bathroom you will find a wash machine and dryer. The kitchen offers white cabinetry and concrete counter tops--newer stainless steel appliances and a dish washer. The front entrance has a large covered Portico. The courtyard is off the dining area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The property is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with 1.5 acres of lush greenery. The home is set back from the road giving you a private and peaceful experience.

We do not allow events to be hosted at the house. No parties or entertaining. No outside visitors or overnight guests without previous verbal approval from us. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. No smoking anywhere on the property (tobacco, vape or otherwise). The house is not handicap accessible. We encourage long-term rentals for October through April.

A perfect place to stay for move in weekend at URI. The home was clean and very well stocked with anything we would need (kitchen and bedding). The property was beautiful and spacious. We even found a hiking trail at the local farm a short walk from the house. We would definitely return.

Great stay

We had a great stay! Home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed! Property just was kind and considerate and even reached out to us about turning lights on for us so we would not arrive to a dark home. I would definitely return again!

Amazing place!

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our needs. Close to everything while being in a quite semi-rural environment. The home is well apportioned and extremely comfortable (the pics don’t do it justice). We will be returning to Rhode Island in the Spring. If the property is available, we won’t look any further than this wonderful home with very responsive hosts.

Delightful property and great location

Enjoyed our brief 3 day visit to this charming country space. Very welcoming, attractive updates, very clean and highly organized. House was very comfortable however I did worry about the floor’s unmarked step down into Primary bedroom from Living room. Despite that, we would Love to stay here again

Rainy week in RI

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and enjoyed RI in spite of the rain. There are such nice outside places (fire pit and grill area with table/umbrella and chairs) that we didn’t get to try. Next time! The inside is extremely well-equipped with nice quality furniture, appliances and furnishings. The owners even provide coffee, tea, some food, condiments and spices. The space is nicely laid out for a family or unrelated adults—master suite on one side and two bedrooms on the other with another full bath off the kitchen. Also, the location is very convenient with easy access to route 4 going north or south. The whole experience was very enjoyable and we’d highly recommend this property.

Place was a great spot and location was perfect. Loved how large the property was also

The home was a nice 3 bedroom that had a massive outdoor area. We enjoyed our stay while in town visiting some friends. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking to spend some time in East Greenwich to either hike, goto block island, or just to hang in the area; which was very nice.

The house was lovely. Everything you could possibly need, all labeled. Just a perfect country setting. Owners were extremely welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

"Peaceful Oasis" is Accurate

A very nice property and very peaceful. Away from major roads, but not too far away from shopping and restaurants. Jennifer was an amazing host and very responsive to all requests/inquiries.

Absolutely Perfect! So clean!

I highly recommend this rental. It's perfectly situated to explore Rhode Island. Close to everything, but you feel like you're in your own private nook as it's set back from the road and has a beautiful yard. I've rented many homes from VRBO and I have to say this was the absolute cleanest! Its extremely well laid out and comfortable. The cherry on top....everything is labeled!!! I'm type A and as soon as I saw the labels I knew it was the perfect rental. Jennifer was a fantastic host and even personalized the welcome book. You will not regret renting this property. Thank you Jennifer!
