Welcome to Eagle’s Landing, a beautiful property on Lake Michigan with stunning views. So close to the water, you’ll feel like you’re out on the lake. Ideal for those seeking a tranquil and relaxing retreat. With over 280 feet of private Lake Michigan beach, you can bask on the sand, take refreshing swims, or leisurely stroll along the coast. Your vacation here promises to be an indelible and memorable experience.

Eagle’s Landing is the perfect, cozy place for your group offering a wonderful setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The main level boasts an open-concept design, seamlessly integrating the kitchen, dining area, and living room. This space overflows onto the spacious deck with amazing views, lounge space, and outdoor dining. Fire up the BBQ grill and cook some delicious food that everyone will enjoy.  Additionally, the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and window AC unit is conveniently located just off the living room.

Ascend a spiral staircase to the upper-level loft, where you’ll find a double-size bed that affords breathtaking water views, a private balcony, and overlooks the living area below.

On the lowest level, a bright and spacious family room awaits, complete with a sitting area featuring a seasonal fireplace and a Smart TV. You’ll also find a foosball table and two twin bunk beds making it the perfect place for additional guests to retreat.

Head out the double slider doors to the covered deck complete with hammock chairs to relax in the breeze. This deck extends out into the sunshine where you’ll find plenty of lounge furniture and the most magical views out over Lake Michigan. Savor your morning coffee or unwind with an evening cocktail while immersing yourself in the natural surroundings.

If the beach beckons to you, there’s a private pathway with stairs leading directly to the waterfront, granting you easy access to take a refreshing dip in the water or unwind on the sandy shoreline.

Though the cell phone signal is spotty to none at Eagle’s Landing, stay connected with the provided wireless internet and Smart TV. During the summer months, we recommend opening the windows and sliding doors to enjoy the wonderful breeze off the lake. There is a window AC unit in the primary bedroom to help keep the house cool. During the winter months, you will love curling up next to the wood-burning fireplaces.

Regardless of your preferred pastime, whether it’s walking along the beach, unwinding with a view, or playing games, Eagle’s Landing offers the ideal retreat for a tranquil getaway right on Lake Michigan.

This is a very special, unique home with the most amazing views out over Lake Michigan. You have to drive across a narrow bridge to get to the house and the home has many stairs. Please consider this before booking.
The wood-burning fireplaces are available for use in the winter months only (November - April). 
There is no central air conditioning. We recommend opening the windows to enjoy the breeze off Lake Michigan. There is a window AC unit in the main level primary bedroom.
The surrounding trees provide shade and help bring in the breeze. They are also home to a vibrant ecosystem. The home is professionally treated for pests monthly, but a few bugs and sometimes a bat or mouse are to be expected.
This property is perched on the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. The breeze off the lake brings with it remnants of lake water and sugar sand beach. Due to this, the floors get sandy quickly (within a couple of hours of vacuuming).
There are exterior cameras at the property that view the front door, bridge, beach stairs, parking area, and lower-level sliders. They do not show any interior portions of the home. The cameras only record when they detect motion and they only record video, not audio.
