Cute, comfortable, and just three easy blocks from the soft sand of Old Orchard Beach, this cottage is full of the simple pleasures of coastal living. It's a place to stroll home to after beautiful days of swimming and beachcombing, light the grill on the deck out back, and spend your evenings relaxing in fragrant ocean air.

This cottage sits half a mile south of downtown Old Orchard Beach, well within walking distance of the Old Orchard Pier, Palace Playland, the Amtrak station, and all sorts of shops and eateries. Yet it's also just removed enough to be relaxing and quiet - where you can unwind in a recliner on the glassed-in front porch, glimpsing the Atlantic Ocean at the end of the road.

Walk home from the beach to find a living space that's cool, breezy, and full of sunlight (with window AC in the living room and bedrooms). As fresh local seafood sizzles on the gas grill out back, get started on your favorite side dishes in the well-equipped kitchen and set the windowside dining table for dinner. In the evenings, you can watch your favorite movies on cable or streaming, use the high-speed WiFi to check tomorrow's surf report, and leave the day's swimsuits and towels to spin in the washer/dryer downstairs.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
