As the day winds down, soak in the sunset on the spacious wraparound deck, gather around the outdoor firepit, or enjoy the luxurious five-person hot tub nestled within a cozy, covered greenhouse.

Large windows and glass doors line the interior living space, filling the house with sunlight. There's a well-equipped kitchen, an adjacent dining area, and a living room where you can stream movies and play board games by the gas fireplace. The primary suite - with direct access to the deck and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower - is on the main floor. Two more bedrooms are upstairs, one with a balcony and another with built-in bunks that are ideal for kids.

With river access right on site, bring along your kayaks and canoes and explore the Copalis River, including the mesmerizing Ghost Forest just a mile upstream. Explore the grounds full of mature vegetation, apple trees, and strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry shrubs. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
