Beautifully updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with partial view of the Gulf! Grandview is located at the south end of Marco minutes away from the beach, hotels, shopping, dinning and much more. Enjoy the peaceful well equipped condo, with custom kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom has a king bed with spa like ensuite, walk in closet & dedicated lanai entrance. Spacious 2nd bedroom with twin beds, closet, next to 2nd bathroom. Don't miss this!

Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and toiletries supplied at check-in. Sheets and towels laundered by cleaning team.

For the safety of our guests and neighbors there is a Ring type doorbell that is only activated by motion. The doorbell is on the outside of the entrance door of the condo and covers just the hallway area. There are no other devices inside the condo.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The host was excellent with communication. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Wonderful and quiet stay! Very clean condo with everything needed to enjoy a peaceful vacation at the beach! Stayed here several times with my college-aged children and it never disappoints! Cassy is very responsive and wonderful to work with. Will be back again next summer!

A Perfect Spot

We’ve stayed at this condo for a few years. It’s super clean and just a short walk to the beach. It has every amenity needed to make your stay relaxing and fantastic. We loved our vacation and will definitely look to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Listing and accommodations were as noted. Great location and easy trip to the beach. Accommodations were really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend it!

Amazing Easter Weekend!

My family and I booked last minute to get a break from the nasty spring weather in the north and enjoy an Easter weekend at the beach. This property was perfect for my family (myself, spouse, and two teens). Had everything We needed, easy check-in and check-out, and great communication with host. Would highly recommend.

60th Birthday Celebration

What an amazing condo! They have everything you would need for the beach or cooking in the kitchen. Beautiful views from the balcony, great location for beach access and plenty of places to walk to. We will definitely be back and would recommended to anyone looking to visit Marco Island.

Fine location, well equipped apartment.

We were here for a conference, it's a budget option compared to resorts nearby. The house is very nice and well kept. Good for family. Also the kitchen is exceptional with everything handy.

Great Stay!

Beautiful condo. Hosts are excellent and there were many little things taken care of (washer soap, toiletries, etc). The cabinet with a beach wagon, chairs and other was also great. My children really enjoyed the heated pool as well.Also good walking distance to many restaurants, though beach access is a little bit more of a walk (at least for younger kids).Would definitely stay again!

Very nice unit and location

Spent a week there to be close to other vacationing family. Unit was well kept and easy to get to. Parking was convenient. Pool, hottub, and courts were all well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Marco Island Gem

We’ve been coming to Marco Island for years and found this wonderful condo the absolute best. It definitely ranks amongst the nicest places we’ve stayed. Everything was amazing, location, property amenities, layout, etc. The attention to detail by the hosts made it special. They thought of everything for a great beach vacation. Can’t wait to come again!

A Grand Stay

The unit is absolutely beautiful and is just as the listing describes. It’s a perfect location to walk to many restaurants and shops. Cassy and Matt supply chairs, an umbrella and wagon to tote your belongings to the beach. There are many in unit amenities they supply upon arrival as well. Cassy was easy to reach during our stay to answer any questions we had. We’ll definitely rent from them again when we return to Marco.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo in an ideal location.

We have stayed at this condo multiple times. It is in the perfect location with great access to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Fully equipped with everything you need from beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a cart to haul everything. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need (down to an orange juicer). We will be back and will recommend to friends.

This is Marco!

The property was in immaculate condition. The pictures accurately reflected the condo, no surprises whatsoever other than it may have been even nicer than we expected. Marco is such a pleasant place to stay. Pedestrian friendly, quiet and the condo was only a block away from a public beach access. BTW...don't forget the pool. It was very well laid out and in excellent condition....a hidden gem of this property. Cassy, the property manager, was pleasant and very responsive to questions/comments

Always impressed!

Our family has stayed here a couple of times and we are always impressed! We just bought a rental property of our own in Destin and I found myself taking many notes so our guests can have the same great experience that we always have! The owners are easily accessible so you're not dealing with a random person from a management company. The unit is always clean and has plenty of supplies - so many items we didn't even expect to have were there! I recommend going to the unit first before you stop at the store because there are several items already onsite. There were a lot of bugs the first few days we were in Marco but since hte porch is screened in, we got to enjoy some fresh air. The access to the beach is convenient, the building is small so no long waits for the elevator. Highly recommend this place!!! Can't say it enough!
